I also purchased a bunch of things and I returned last week to consign a few few pieces and look around. They are very friendly and helpful and have some lovely items with great pricing. "A-OK" I liked this…read morestore, it had a nice mix of selections and designers and was organized in a way that wasn't too overly done, but made sense. The staff was extremely helpful (one of them) or mediocre & preoccupied (the other). I stopped in before a work related dinner as I arrived to town early and had already had some Starbucks, and I was glad I did. I walked away with 3 new tops which I'm thoroughly enjoying. Minus one star for size selection - they carry all 3 "regular" sizes (S/M/L) but she told me more than once that "they usually only send one in that size" and that people often ask for those sizes... so... order more? And minus one more star for price - there were no promotions or sales other than the weird colors from last season, and the products were overpriced compared to what you can get them for online. I liked the ability to try them on, but more than once I hinted I would purchase two more items if I could get a price break somewhere and it was essentially ignored. Their loss!

I questioned the salesperson on duty telling her that these were my consigned items and the jackets were missing. Response was "oh they sometimes get misplaced.". She did locate one of the jackets and promised to look for the other. I returned several weeks later the jacket was still not found. So my experience was horrible. Today I encountered some confusion with staff about Consignment pieces. The items were listed as active, but difficult to find or missing. The store appears a bit disheveled and a musty odor was noted by myself and another shopper. While helping to search for my own Consignment pieces I found a number of empty jewelry packages and mistreated items. Possibly this due to a pending change in ownership. A worker, possibly current owner, approached me with the form of agreement that I did not receive for the items. Her rudeness , sarcasm and dismissiveness threw the enjoyment of being a consigner and customer out the door. Sad when experiences such as this happen. Hoping for them, it was an off day, but I can no longer endorse a recommendation .

I came here two times in the past week, once to browse and then again to purchase. Lo and behold, I did find a pair that I really, really liked on Tuesday. I went home and tried to find them online, but to my luck I couldn't find them anywhere. When I came back on Thursday and was approached by a sales associate asking if I needed any help and I told him the exact pair that I wanted. He bent down and looked in the drawer where all of the new fresh pairs were kept. He takes out a pair and says oh these are them, and I said "no, I'm sorry they're not, they're not the right color." He said, "yes they are, they are the same model number as the one you just showed me." (Rodinara MK5009). I told him that through my research I noticed that there are four pairs they go under this model number, but they are just different colors (Silver, gunmetal, rose/pink, and gold). He said, "oh well, we just go by the MK4digit here." You could tell he was getting slightly flustered because it was apparent that I was more knowledgeable in the product that he is supposed to be selling to me. Thankfully not too long after, we found the exact pair that I wanted and I went up to the register. During checkout, I felt extremely rushed. I understand it's supposed to be a quick transaction, you know, the usual swipe your card, sign, etc., but it just seems like he couldn't wait for me to leave so that he can move onto the next potential customer. Nevertheless, the store is incredibly clean, welcoming, and thankfully stocked.

It's funny that I've bought several articles of MK clothing at Macy's, but don't often think about…read moregoing into the outlet since all you see in the window is purses. But, twice in a row when I've needed an outfit/dress for special occasions (a wedding and my birthday) MK has come through and had just the right thing for me! I'm honestly not a fan of the bags, and that's just a personal preference but I am a fan of the clothing. When I was just there it seemed that most, if not all, of the bags were all synthetic. If I'm at an outlet spending ~$150 on a bag, give me the real leather! Now if you don't want leather and prefer synthetic, they've got some good looking bags. Anyway, I was here looking for a dress to wear to a wedding but when I saw that all but one rack of clothes said to take an extra 60% off the ticketed price, I ended up grabbing any and everything I liked that was my size, or close to it, and trying it on. I ended up with 4 dresses, a pair of jeans and a sleeveless top for only $130 including tax!!! It was unbelievable, I'm not sure how often they offer an additional percentage off, but when I got to the register she said it was an additional 20% off! There were a few things in the store that the extra 20% off didn't apply to, but luckily I wasn't shopping for those (sunglasses, perfume and selected bags). It was amazing and this was definitely the big hit of my day. The store was bright and clean and when the woman that was helping realized what I was looking for, or even what my boyfriend started looking at while I was in the dressing room, she started looking in the back and bringing me more things to try on! She was great and I wish I knew her name. I'm definitely a huge fan now and this will be one of the select stores I stop in every time I come to Clinton! I've been waffling between 4-5 stars, and I'm going with 5 for the deals and service and overall experience. The only thing pointing me to 4 were those synthetic material bags, but since I wasn't really shopping for bags and I was there for clothes, I decided to stick with 5.
