The wrong items were sent to me, and get this in order for me to correct their mistake I have to go to the store to order the correct size which isn't even available at their location. Their policy is that no orders can be placed over the phone even when it is their mistake. I physically have to go to the store to return the product and order the correct product only to be delivered to my address. How is it 2019 and a store like this operates with policies that are not focused on customer service. Likely will never shop here again, it took three trips to get the right products.

I think they were the only ones working in the store. I got their attention to ask them if they had my kid's size clothes and they said yes. I looked around and there was absolutely nothing in his size and everything was mixed in with everything else. Then I went to the shoes and it was mayhem(see pictures). Shoes were everywhere! All mixed up, thrown on the floor, and I could not find a single sneaker in my son's size anywhere. I couldn't believe there were 2 workers standing around doing nothing while the store looked like this.
