I had a wonderful experience while shopping at the Coach Outlet store in Lashaska, PA. I decided to treat myself to a Coach bag, belt, shoes and keychain. I explained that I had to take an exam the next day (a must that I pass) so I wanted to look/feel good which I believe would aid in me passing my exam. The two sales associates there were very helpful including a few customers who help me choose my items. I absolutely love the items, and I know I got the most bang for my buck. Located on Route 202 in Lahaska, and just across the street from the Peddlers Village the Coach Factory store offers something for almost everyone. From sunglasses, perfume, men's wallets and you guessed it. Ladies hand bags! My wife tells me that their prices here are very reasonable considering what you may pay at a retail store. Up to a 50% savings on some items. The staff here was very courteous and friendly and very happy to assist anyone with any questions regarding their products. As usual us men tend to walk around and follow our better half as they shop around. I noticed three main things of importance when shopping for the right hand bag. 1. The size. 2. Color and or pattern on the bag, and 3. The type of strap, wether it is a metal link type or all leather. Things to remember when Christmas shopping if you're a man. I'd recommend bringing your business elsewhere - there are plenty of other leather stores in Penn's Purchase and plenty of other Coach outlets in the area. I've been a loyal Coach customer for over ten years (especially at this location). It's an expensive line, but I value good quality and have a very high standard for my bags - so Coach is a great fit. However, I have to say, over the years my experience with this particular Coach store has plummeted. This is an outlet store - and with Coach, as they've personally explained to me - that means it's actually a different product entirely from what you get at the standard stores (not 'last season's' merchandise). But I've been buying from them for years and the distinction was indiscernible until my most recent purchase. I was thrilled to find a gorgeous leather bag - exactly what I'd been searching for - last year for just over $100 (after all of their great coupons and discounts - an absolute steal). However, within less than a year of use, I noticed obvious wear in the leather strap as well as on the front of the textured leather trim. I've never had this issue before so I stopped by this location to see if anything could be done, and they said they would send it to the factory. A few weeks later, I receive a call from the store saying that they received notice from corporate that they could not repair my bag. So, they would be returning my bag to me along with a gift card for $84 (current value of the bag). I was pleasantly surprised by the generosity: I had made it clear in the store I just wanted the bag back if nothing could be done, but the fact that they were also sending a card my way was a true testament to their level of quality and customer service. Fast forward to a few weeks later, when I receive the gift card in the mail with a letter from the Coach corporate headquarters. Turns out, the outlet store had completely misled me: they were NOT returning my bag, and they were ONLY giving me the card, my bag (which was no longer available to purchase) was not to be returned. Which was completely the opposite of what I wanted - in addition to completely backwards of what they had clearly and EXPLICITLY explained to me on the phone. I am completely understanding of miscommunications, but what really turned me off and the catalyst for this review was my subsequent conversations with the manager at this location about the issue at hand. Despite my respectable manner about the whole thing, she was EXTREMELY pushy and from the beginning, she outright refused to acknowledge the possibility that one of her staff could have misspoken - "it just isn't possible." She was nothing shy of a bully as she tried to pressure me into believing it was all *my* fault and no one at the store could possibly take responsibility. I was so shocked and appalled that a store that represents products of this caliber could be so crass and anti-customer! Was the false information from the store annoying? Yes. The deteriorating quality of their merchandise? Also not great news. But it was the customer service and - each time I had to speak with her over this issue - the terrible bullying attitude of the manager that warrants nothing higher than a 2-star rating for this store, so long as that manager is in charge. read more

I have been a long and consistent customer of this store 11+ years, generally the staff provide pleasant customer service, today the manager on duty was rude and arrogant. Did not approach me in a pleasant manner at all. I was attempting to transact a return, unfortunately I did my Christmas shopping too early and I wasn't able to return the $100 bag the recipient did not like. Most companies offer a longer exchange policy for the holidays. I understand not being able to receive a refund, but I was refused an exchange as well. I was dismissed with a very snarky 'good day'. I could understand this if I was being problematic, but I wasn't . I have been losing my enchantment with Coach styles, this sealed the deal. I am done. read more

I love Coach handbags! I was so excited when I drove past this location in Penn's Purchase on my way down to Lansdale. I've made it a ritual of stopping here to go shopping to break up my drive home. Yes, this is probably one of the smaller Coach Outlets, but they offer a nice selection and even friendlier staff. On each visit, I have been warmly welcomed and proffered with a discount coupon for that day's purchase. Over the years, I have purchased several handbags and wallets here. The leather is a beautiful quality and the prices are very fair. On my visit last week, I surprised myself. While I did make a purchase, it wasn't for me! Shocker! I actually bought a beautiful leather item for my husband. I won't elaborate on what it is, because it's a gift and I haven't given it to him yet. I definitely recommend shopping here if you're in the area. The quality of the leather is first class and the staff is incredibly welcoming. Another great sale today! I scored a leather purse and large matching wallet for $190. The reason I am updating my review is to thank the wonderful and patient women who helped me today! I went in to pick out a birthday gift with my man, and there was an issue with the debit card. We called the bank and it turns out they had just canceled the card due to it becoming "compromised." We didn't even get any warning. Completely embarrassed, we had to count out cash (which we never carry), and were a few bucks short. As we were counting out change from my change purse, the associate MacLaine pulled a five out of her own wallet to help us out. I couldn't accept it, but she insisted. She wished me a happy birthday and we were on our way. I couldn't believe how kind they were to us. It is so difficult to find people like that (and great sales for that matter). So many of the reviews write, in complaint, that this is not as large as other coach outlets and yes the size is smaller but honestly their selection is probably greater due to the fact that it's not picked over. They don't have as many shoes or other non-bag items but it's small, less crowded, and you get more help. There are by no means any aggressive shoppers with outlet mentality since this outlet is alone in its shopping center aside from a nail salon, Brooks Brothers, and a restaurant. There is always some 'extra discount' just like their is as all the coach outlets. You'll never come in here and pay the stickers price. As someone did mention the bags are made for the outlets but the quality does not differ. As long as you don't come in expecting to find something at a regular retailer from last season, then shop away! They do have a men's sedition as well with belts and tech accessories, etc. There are normally 2 ladies here to help they are not pushy but will definitely give you all the extra attention you need, should you so seek it! read more

Coach usually isn't my cup of tea, but after seeing some of their new products under the creative direction of Stuart Vevers I decided to give it a go. I was so glad I did! The staff on floor was so kind and knowledgeable about the products, and helped me to pick out the cutest little bag. I wouldn't have dreamt of buying a Coach purse until the salesgirl, Lindsay (I think) pointed me to this beautifully constructed bag. I will definitely be coming back. What a disappointment !!! This is by far the smallest COACH outlet store I've ever been in!!! I have never walked out of a COACH store but today I did. Off the bat the sales associate told me they didn't have what I was looking for, a wristlet to fit my new iPhone 6. Since I was there I looked around for a new handbag....didn't take me long as they had almost no selection. Almost everything they had was leather. ( I like "classic COACH"---- I despise their leather.) The staff was friendly enough. One of the staff even directed us to a local where their retail store may have what I need..... I was very pleased and satisfied after shopping at this Coach Factory Store. The service was absolutely amazing! The salespeople offered their help the second I stepped in. I asked exactly what I wanted and they took me there. It definitely saved me a lot of time from looking. I bought a lanyard and it was in good condition. However, when I went to the cashier to purchase it, the cashier took the lanyard from me and went to get another one in even better condition. This surprised me and made me respect the people who work here. The store is very organized and I can't wait to shop there again! read more
