In my opinion, not so much, when every single member of the wedding party, including the Groom, and the father of the Groom had goof ups consisting of missing pieces and wrong sizing. Not to mention, when the suits arrived they called the Groom to let everyone know they could pick them up, not like the Groom doesn't have ten thousand other things to do the week of the wedding. Everyone was measured by the staff. Almost every shirt was mis-sized either way too big or too small, the Grooms shirt was outright missing. They did musical shirts and vests right up till Thursday when the wedding was Friday. If it weren't for a phenomenal wedding party being patient and running back and forth to the shop the groomsmen would not have been suited up. In the end the staff was friendly and apologetic and everything worked out but the stress it caused on the couple the week of the wedding was unnecessary. Fortunately our Bride was no Bridezilla and she politely smiled though the whole fiasco, but as for us we would not recommend The Men's and Boys Store for an important event simply for the reason that just because it worked out this time it may not in the future. I'm giving 3 stars because the Bride did not want me to go any lower than that and as a supporting MIL I will do as she requests.

For a company specializing in the most special occasions Rococo almost ruined ours…read more FIRST IMPRESSION: A first impression says a lot, maybe a forewarning we should have paid attention to. When we went to be measured for our Tuxes the owner was vaping both outside and inside the store during our fitting. If that wasn't unprofessional enough they had a dog in the store running around jumping on people and their suits - not even considering people have pet allergies and it is just a questionable practice of cleanliness and professionalism. WEEK OF WEDDING: After you fully pay for the tuxedo the day you try it on, don't expect to be supported in ANY way. In fact, don't expect to be called as promised to come pick up the tuxedos. After calling multiple times the week of the wedding rightfully concerned about the readiness of the tuxedos for our groomsman party (they rarely pick up) we were finally told by the owner "We do this for a living - no one will go to the wedding naked." - ironically some of us almost did go without clothing. THURSDAY: Some groomsman are called a day and a half before and told it was ready, some not at all. As the wedding was on FRIDAY and this store closes at 6PM on the dot - good luck getting there to pick it up if you have a job, we needed to rely on others to pick it up for us and hope to god it all fit as promised (cue the nail biting). FRIDAY - DAY OF WEDDING: Unfortunately this was the first day for some of us to actually try on our tux. The Best man's shirt was too small (even after being "measured" in store). The shirt was so cheap with frayed thread and weird stains that the tuxedo pins did not fit in the holes, falling out and opening his shirt entirely every time he moved. A Groomsmans pants hemmed to high, even after being measured. The hem line is a joke, it looks like they used scissors to hem it. Two of the Groomsman suspenders were sized for a child, so they had to clip them to the middle of their back - we laughed because it was hysterical but they couldn't take any pictures without their jacket and hey- this was the reason the groom choose suspenders - so, our pictures, not what they had planned. HOURS BEFORE WEDDING: Once we realized the issues AND during work hours (2pm on Friday) We immediately and urgently called both your offices and the main store leaving messages hoping you could offer us support. We left urgent messages offering to come get replacements and outlining the issues - but no one called us back. In fact, no one even called after the wedding to check on us, apologize or even give us instructions on how to return the tux. MONDAY AFTER WEDDING: Not one person from Rococco cared to follow up with us after having urgently calling and leaving multiple voicemails during work hours. When we addressed this in person after the wedding, it was blamed on an 83 year-old answering the phones (or not) and a death in the family. Zero attempt to apologize or even take responsibility for anything at all, literally not one single thing. We were told however that they would credit us for the small shirt since we had to buy a new one an hour before the wedding photos. As I write this - there was no credit and this too was just a lie to get us out of the store. We were happy to support this store as Rococo was both a local business in our town and a men's specialty store BUT, you need to do better by your customers. This isn't a store, it's a suit mill where all that matters is overcharging for cheap suits and no customer care. Your carelessness almost cost us a very special day. If it wasn't for a completely different store helping out last minute we narrowly avoided a complete disaster. We felt that it was only right to warn others before having an experience like ours.

I needed a suit for an out of state wedding on Saturday…read more I went to the Warrington, PA location on Monday and asked if they could have a suit for me by Friday. The manager assured me they could. After the manager picked out a suit a shirt and a tie, and took my measurements, I went up to pay. The manager kept ringing things up, concealing the printouts in his hand, then crumpling them up and throwing them in the trash. Eventually, he printed out a receipt and told me my total was over $600. I was surprised, since I typically get suits at Jos A Banks in Princeton for $200-$300 range. I shrugged it off, assuming I was getting raped, but what's a few hundred between friends? I left with my receipt and an assurance my suit would be ready on Friday. (As an aside, I work in Warminster, PA, but live in Princeton, NJ.) On Wednesday, the manager texted me on my cellphone to tell me the suit, which had to be shipped, did not arrive, was somewhere in NJ, and he had changed the shipping to have it delivered to my house in Princeton. I would need to drive it to him when it arrived (1.5 hours each way) so he could have it altered. I kindly told him he was out of his mind. He then told me he would arrange to get the same suit from Philadelphia himself and I just needed to bring the suit (which was coming to my house) to him on Friday. On Friday, I brought the delivered suit to work, then took my lunch break to bring the suit to the Warrington store to pick up my ready suit for the wedding on Saturday. I didn't have time to try the suit on, but foolishly assumed it would be fine. I drove to Virginia Friday night with the suit, planning to wear it at the wedding the next day. When I got to the hotel, I tried on the suit, only to find one pant leg an inch too short and the other pant leg MORE THAN AN INCH SHORTER. (Photo included). I was horrified with the situation and texted the manager (on the same number he had been texting me) to pretty much tell him how royally screwed up this was. His response was, "Sir, this is my PRIVATE PHONE. If you aren't satisfied, bring the suit back on Monday for a refund." I, of course, apologized for how badly I mistreated him. The next morning, I called the closest Jos A Bank to where I was. The manager in Arlington, VA had me come right over. He tsk tsked at the horror that was my suit-pants and said they were cut WAY too short to even be altered to fit me. Amazingly, he had the same pants in my size. He had them fitted and tailored while I waited. He then did an even exchange for the pants I brought and refunded the difference between PA taxes and VA taxes. I made it to the wedding with a decent suit that didn't make me look like an idiot. In summary, Jos A Bank in Warrington, PA: really bad. Jos A Bank in Arlington, VA: OUTSTANDING.

Another reason I went, it was televised that Kohl's was having a sale. If you spend over $50, you would get $10 off plus 20% off as long as it was not on the exclusion list. The items my husband bought ( 2 under armour tops- not on sale) but he did wean $10 for future use 10/28. I also purchase 3 items totaling over $50 dollars. Long store short Ending total was $58.22. They took $10 off, and my $10 precious coupon and 30% total $14. I saved $84!!!! Doing my happy dance. Upon entering the store on aThursday night at 7:45pm. It was quite and not busy at all. I was able to go shopping without bumping elbows with people or carts running into you or running little kids. I went to the jewelry section. It was well stocked and did not look messy at all. All items that were on sale were clearly labeled. Also there was one female worker stacking and fixing jewelry boxes. The next section I went to was the bedding section. The section was neatly stacked and clearly labeled. This store was already selling Christmas items. The last section I went to was the men's section. That was where my husband was. Like I said previously my husband purchased two items that were not on sale. Yes, it was clearly marked that it was not on sale. There were 2 female employees working, they were putting out new items and fixing the men's section. I did ask one of the ladies question. I asked if all items in the store would be 20% off. She nicely came over to us and explained how the 20% worked. I was very grateful for the explanation and the help. There was also a tall black gentleman, who was also very nice. I mentioned to him, that was trying to get some of my Christmas shopping done. He chuckled and said best to get it done now before the crowd comes in. I will continue to come to this Kohl's. I had a positive experience. The store was clean. Upon checkout at 8:18pm. There was only one cashier. I did not mind, since I was next in line. She was a very pleasant lady, she was not rushed and very kind to both my husband and I. I asked her questions, I just wanted to make sure that i would get 20% off, $10 off and use my $10 coupon. She was so nice ! She said don't worry. She also mention if I had the yes 2 you rewards and I said yes. She said those points are tripled!!!!

As the doors open you're hit with a strong leather smell and if you like that, well, you're in for fun. The front of the store has shelf after shelf of boots arranged by size. these are western /cowboy boots and come from plain at around$140 to tooled to painted to freaking ostrich skin at around $450. As i walked around I noted they also sell the polishes and creams needed to maintain boots and keep them clean so they want you to keep these in good trim for the long haul. The clothes they sell also have a strong western them in jeans, shirts and vests and I was hard pressed to find fault as all have a high cotton content and feel nice to the touch, unlike so many similar clothes found in the near-by mall that look nice but have a less pleasant feel. The staff is helpful but not obsequious. So, you don't feel ignored but neither do you feel smothered by them. I was actually looking for something to complain about. mentally I was thinking 5 star? but I can't. They don't have rubber boots! Yes they do. They don't have hiking boots! Yes they do. In the end the store runs to an aggressively western theme but they also have modern work/hiking/rain boots as well as stylish cowboy boots. They do not have European style riding boots, chukka boots or suede desert boots, so Clark's still has a reason to hang around but otherwise if you're looking for good boot etc this is the place to stop off. Heck if they'd had the brown drover's rain coat in my size I'd have to be explaining the purchase to my wife.

"I've been in this business for 43 years, I know what I'm doing." Woah! Congratulations, man! Good for you! But when you belittle me for how I want MY own tuxedo to fit for MY wedding, you clearly shouldn't be in this business. If you don't want to meet the customer where his vision lies and treat me like CRAP, then don't sell to customers! Make suits for yourself! At least that'll save others from dealing with the egotistical, arrogant, and outright RUDE employees that work here. I also don't want to make this a race thing, but let's just say, I haven't seen him (or his other employees) treat his white customers this way. Alan, if you're reading this, no one gives a crap how long you've been doing this. No one. If you treat your customers like how you treated me, you've been an awful businessman for 43 years, or whatever number you were blabbering about. Time to retire and reflect on your ego!
