So the "manager" picked up and he said he would send some pictures but NEVER SENT THEM? This place is so awesome that the next time I want a pair of boots, even though I'm living in Jacksonville now, I'll make the drive down to O-Town! These cowgirl boots are the most comfortable "shoes" I own and I'd wear them all the time if I could. But alas, I live in FL and it's hot, so you'll find me in flip-flops most of the time. It really is amazing how comfy these things are though!! Most of the boots here are pretty pricey. Although I didn't utilize it, they do have a layaway program which may be a option for some people. The pair I purchased were nearly $200 and I saw boots that even went way about the $200 mark, but hey, you definitely get what you pay for, especially since they go the extra mile to make sure they fit you like a glove! read more

So... I was going on a 2nd date to Cowboy's in Orlando and needed my first pair of cowboy boots STAT!! The ladies at the Way Out West store were so amazing! We had so much fun coming up with the perfect pair of women's cowboy boots, a sparkling belt to match and two pairs of jeans!! One black and one blue pair! I had a hat at home and some perfect tops to go with everythin! I received so many compliments on my boots and outfits! Bonus points, my boots are so comfortable for dancing that we are now doing couples dance lessons in Lakeland at Just Dance! Having passed this place several times in my travels between Orlando and Tampa I decided I actually needed to stop in. I have a recent need of a pair of boots, I pretty much searched high and low around the Orlando/Central Florida area. Yesterday while having some time to spend I decided to head Way Out West of town to 27 and I-4. Walked in and just the shear volume of high end boots it's kind of staggering. They pretty much have a boot for just about every budget. Like I said I searched pretty much the entire area of Orlando and feel that the prices here are pretty good. The have a huge selection of boots and even have them in WIDE men's and women's sizes. Here they carry just about every boot brand you can think of and the sales staff seem pretty knowledgeable and can get you in the boot fit and style that works best for you. Next time I need a pair or another pair of boots I'll check them out first. read more

My review is based on the customer service I received. The fact is boot stores have pretty much the same boots the only separation is the customer service you receive. In my opinion this place has the best customer service of any store of it's kind I've ever been in. Susan helped me with measuring my foot, selecting and fitting the correct boot for my best comfort. After several days now I have to say the performance and fit is fantastic! Most shoe or boot stores, the only help you get is they go get the size you ask for and know nothing about the different fit of different products. I can't speak to the rest of the those that work here but Susan was again the best customer service provider by knowing her products and how to fit the customer. keep in mind you might buy cheaper online but you get this kind of assistance and product support. read more
