During my last session, I counted at least five different tripods set up around the floor. As a regular member, it's becoming increasingly difficult to navigate the facility. Walkways are frequently blocked, and in an already crowded space, having filming setups taking up extra square footage is both a safety hazard and a nuisance. It's hard to focus on a workout when you're constantly worried about stepping on someone's gear or accidentally walking into their shot. I hope management can implement or more strictly enforce a policy regarding tripods. A gym should be a place for training, not a production studio.

It wasn't until I moved away from the South Bay and trained at other gyms that I fully appreciated how special Smash is. While other gyms are good, they simply don't compare to the experience I had with Coach Rudi, Jose, Tristan, and the rest of the team. But getting results overall depends on your determination on going to the gym every day or according to whatever your training plan is, staying committed to the diet or meal plan, your mindset, and putting in the effort consistently while not falling back into any previous bad habits.
