A diamond in the rough that I would like to keep to myself, except Doug, the owner, deserves all the business he can handle. 2. I was a broken down bodybuilder who continued to exercise based on decades old ideas that weren't doing me any favors. While patronizing Doug's, I picked up an education on functional strength and fitness. In fact, I enjoyed the circuit approach so much that I crafted my own home gym as I couldn't get the kind of workout I desired at a commercial gym.
