This place is pretty cool. The instructors in the videos are easy to follow. They have different levels of people in the videos so you don't feel to bad if you can't really catch up. This is quite an experiment thats really hard to tell how great it is until you actually give it a try, once you do you should be amazed. They're open 24 hrs and the workouts really hit the right areas in such a short amount of time. I was walking out feeling really worked out but i felt like i coulda done more. I've been super impressed with time at hotworx! I joined back at the beginning of the year after testing out several local gyms. This one fit my needs the best. The hours are great since you have access 24/7 and even on holidays and there are always virtual classes to switch workouts throughout the week and then equipment for HIIT and/or weight workouts. The 45 and 15 minute sessions make it so easy to fit into the day where time allows and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. You make a one time investment into the mat and towel and other items you might want to use for some specific sessions and it has already paid for itself after several months of regular use. I have used HOTWORX Belmont to get in shape for two soccer seasons now, I always put in the extra work here as it's my favorite place to be they have so many fitness classes to choose from in the sauna rooms. My favorite ones are hot stretch, hot yoga, hot warrior, abs, and cycling class. After my sauna workouts I head to the FX zone where they have all the equipment necessary for a full body workout. All in all, this place is always clean, the staff is really friendly, it's open 24/7, guaranteed results. Their virtual trainers are SO motivating. Wow what a workout! I did 15 min spin, 30 min yoga, then 15 min spin back to back. My husband and I recently joined this gym a month ago. We wanted to incorporate something different to our regular workout routine, we use peloton and tonal at home. He wanted to focus on stretching and flexibility, I wanted more yoga. The 15 min hot spin is way more of a workout than doing 30 min on my peloton. I am sweating and out of breath. I experienced 90 min bikram hot yoga and that was brutal for me, so doing 30 min hot yoga is tolerable. We like the healthy benefits of working out in an infrared sauna. There's space for 3 people in a room, so it can be cozy. Drink plenty of water and bring your own towel. The gym is very clean, the app is easy to use when booking your workouts, the staff are nice and friendly, there's parking. The instructors on the tv are easy to follow. I recommend this gym, it's different than other gyms with the infrared heat. My goal is to detoxify, sweat a lot, maintain a healthy heart, and weight loss which HOTWORX offers! read more

I have never been this consistent with a gym in my 8 years of working out. As a 17-year-old girl, I've loved being active for as long as I can remember, but I always struggled to stay consistent. I would go to different gyms, stay on track for a couple of weeks, and then slowly fall off. I realized that traditional weightlifting and crowded gym environments just weren't the right fit for me, especially being one of the youngest there, it felt intimidating. Finding HotWorx has honestly been a game changer for me. It offers everything you need in one membership. I love having access to private sauna rooms where I can do hot yoga and hot Pilates which are workouts I've always enjoyed. There's also a strength training area and other biometric workouts that help target smaller muscles you wouldn't typically hit with regular training, plus cardio sessions in the sauna that leave you feeling amazing. I've been going consistently for about a month now, only missing days when I've been out of town, which is huge for me. I feel so much better overall, my skin is clearer, my digestion and immune system have improved, and I feel more energized and healthy. The app is also a huge plus. It lets you connect to a fitness tracker and plan workouts a few days in advance, which helps keep me stay accountable. The facility here in Belmont is immaculately clean. HOTWORX members that I have encountered are very polite and aware of others. For each of the classes that can be taken there are modifications both to make things more challenging, and you can also modify to make the workouts less strenuous if that is what you need. I am recovering from knee replacement and knee revision as well as a shoulder injury, and I can still do all of the workouts I just do the modified version. The fact that the location is cure, you have to have an access code to enter And the location is well lit in the parking lot. Feels extremely safe. I would highly recommend. read more
