We normally do shop at coach and have many items from the brand. This was our first time at this location. The male sales associate was extremely rude. We walked in and he did not greet us, gave us bad looks and rolled his eyes at us. Our 5 year old was also with us, whom was very respectful in store. I asked her to hand me a keychain item which I was interested in buying and the male associate spoke to her very rudely to stop. My hands were holding items so I asked her to raise up the item for me to see better. The store associate later made comments about my child to the few women shoppers he was speaking to. I have never felt more disrespected or spoken down to than this store and this associate. We were ready to purchase a male bag, perfume, and a keychain but after the way he treated us we walked out. The store needs to do better by hiring friendly and respectful workers. The female associate stepped in and tried to better things up but at this point we were done. At the end of the day, a grown man has no right to speak down to let alone glare at another child. We visited the store on 5/2/26. I have not been to a Coach store in ages, but Coach was a couple doors down from Kenzo, so I popped in to see if they had the Large Oversized Kisslock Frame Bag that has gone viral. I wanted to see that big bih in person! While it is sold out in the entire company, the SA who greeted me warmly offered me the opportunity to place my name on the list for the next drop. Noice! I used to go to the former Coach store in Century City. The SAs would be so nasty to me. They would not acknowledge me when I walked in by myself, but if I visited with my Mom, they'd be all over her. (I'm the one paying, but go off.) I've owned ONE Coach bag in my life, which was a Hamptons bag in the early 2000's. (I miss that bag. Please remake it, Coach.) But since my Mom is a Coach lady and I buy all of her Coach for her, I decided to risk being ignored just to peruse a couple pieces. That didn't happen at the Beverly Center. Coach's leather is truly unmatched. When you buy their leather bags, you're getting bags that will likely last a lifetime. No disrespect to MK by Michael Kors and even brands like LV or MCM who sell the dolls PVC coated canvas, but Coach really rips them all to shreds with their leather goods. Even Coach's canvas items will last for decades. The bag my Mom is currently using is close to 30-years-young. She also has a Coach checkbook cover, which is nearly the same age. (Gifts from me. I'm getting old, y'all.) My Mom spent $700 on a Coach bag back in the 90's, so to see $700 leather Coach bags today speaks volumes about how much they respect their customers' wallets. They could charge more, but they prefer customer retention over quarterly price increases/price gouging. Their bag charms are cute (and sturdy). Their wallets and card holders are cute and well made. They even have cute sneakers that are similar to a particular LV style, except the Coach sneakers don't look like British Knights (I told y'all I'm getting old) that are on the wrong feet. (You know those LV sneakers are ugly. Lol.) If you're in the market for Coach products, this is a good place to browse and/or shop 'til you drop - a few bands. read more

Terrible experience. Ordered a bag, paid upfront, and was promised next-day delivery. Days later, they told me it was damaged and would order another. I waited patiently, but after nearly two weeks of silence, I canceled the order. Ten days after canceling, the bag still showed up--used, stained, and missing my custom tag. No apology, no discount, no communication. The store manager handled this terribly and has awful communication. To this day, he still hasn't reached out, and I had to call corporate for a refund. I usually don't find the need to review chain stores since they are pretty much more or less the same and you get more or less the same thing but this store has given me such exceptional service that I really wanted to point it out. Usually at Coach stores it's one of two stories, you're either ignored to death because they have other "paying" customers currently undergoing transactions OR you are bugged to death because you are looking at something and just want to look but every one in there asks if you need help. Well, this coach store was somewhat of the former, I actually had to ask one of the ladies to see if I could try on a Coach boot in my size and after they got my size, they were nice enough also to get me the other color so I could compare. I loved their brown tobacco leather so I decided on that and thought to myself that I would go home to use my 25% off instead since the boots were already awesomely on sale. Not only did the manager allow me to use a coupon I did not physically have in the store to buy the boots but they were already on sale to begin with so it was an even better deal. She dug to find the last pair of brand new (not store display) in my size and was extremely helpful and easy going. This store made me feel right at home in terms of an awesome shopping experience and I walked away with one of the best looking pair of boots I've ever worn. Awesome! read more

Not only are the new ads more fashion forward but their new product colors , styles and attention to clients has had a face lift. My best friend and I wandered in and we got helped almost mediator. The sales associate quickly and attentively presented us to all the sections in the store and let us wonder. I was looking for a new bag , granted I have a picky taste, and tried in a couple styles. The sales associate managed to help me and other clients and gave all of us a good enough space . I come from retail and I'm in the habit of organizing what I touch. I re organized all the wallet and mens bags that I had moved around and the sales associate approached me and said " your very nice thank you for placing your items back". U fortunately I did not find a bag that went with my personality but I do love the new staff and the new style and look they are going for . This particular location is not big and does not carry most of the styles or even some high end merchandise. Most fm the bags are able to be ordered. I love Coach purses and wallets. I regularly go into Coach stores to see what new items they have. The time I went to this particular Coach store at the Beverly Center it was a bad experience. I was on a mission to find a new purse and in here the lady was all over the place. She wasn't really helping me. I would ask about something and it would take a very long time to get a response. The check out took way too long too. When they brought out the purse that I wanted it was already bagged and ready to go. I figure since I'm paying hundreds of dollars for this damn purse it should look brand new, right??? Well i'm in the car ready to go and anxious to use my new purse and when I take it out there is a freakin scratch on it! Ugh wtf! Needless to say I was pissssssssssed off! I ended up going to a different coach store where I knew I would have better customer service experience to exchange it for another purse. I take purse shopping really serious and I want a good experience because I do pay a lot for my purses. I went in today to check and see if I can send my bag in for repair and the price as it has passed its one year warranty. One crew is helping me looked like he is in charge for the repair. The other crew is not but trying to be helpful by offering me buy other strap for my bag. My bag has a all leather strap. The salesman keeps try to sell me the chain one. I told me I don't like it for the first time. Then they convince me to put it on my bag and try when they are figuring out the detail for send my bag in for repair. I put it on and I still don't like it, so I said I will still send it in for repair. Then as the guy entering my information, he can't find the style number, so since I had my bag for a long time, it took him a long time to find it. Where looking for it he still try to sell me the chain strap and said I can return it later if I still don't like it! God....... how many time do I need to tell them I don't like that strap!!!! I think I am done with coach. The bag design has changed and become more fancy, flashy, young than just classic. I think I am gonna move on to Kate spade. I encountered a dishonest salesperson here who switched merchandise and lied to my face. I bought several expensive items in one purchase, including a leather coat. As it was a gift, I asked the salesperson if she would include the nice display coat hangar with the coat, she asked someone and said yes. When I got home and ready to wrap this gift, the very nice COACH hangar had been replaced with a very cheap plastic hangar. I went back to the store and the saleslady lied to me and said the hangar was not included, and I spoke to the manager, who also refused to give me the hangar I was promised. So I got in line to return not just the coat, but everything I had just bought. After waiting in line quite a while behind several customers, I asked for a refund for everything I bought - now the manager ran over and said, ok, I could have the hangar, but too little too late, I'd been jerked around enough. I told the manager that she had managed to lose a large sale and lose a customer - and as the saleslady was processing the refund, she continued to lie that she had not switched the hangar, and it was never promised. I've worked in sales, so I get it. You're making commission and you target the people who you think are gonna spend. But when I came in here the only sales associate was talking to a friend or fellow employee for the first 10 minutes I was in the store. I was the only customer and she ignored my sale for this woman. Then, after the friend left, another girl had wandered in with bags (I was empty-handed minus my big purse), and she attended to her immediately. I had a coach purse inside my own bag that I wanted to exchange (it was a gift) and upgrade to an even better bag. She very hurriedly (trying to get back to her other sale) explained the store's policy and rushed back to the other girl. I had every intention of spending money that day but this woman left such a bad taste in my mouth I won't be returning. Sometimes sales girls should remember Pretty Woman, you truly never know who's gonna throw down some change. I hope that other girl spent well. read more
