    All people have different experiences at every store, but for me, the Salvatore FERRAGAMO team is the kindest of them all. Logan was extremely friendly. They always greet all clients fairly whenever I am at the store, regardless of race. They let customers walk by themselves and told me they would return to us in a few minutes to ensure we got helped. I was never being followed; honestly, they let me browse and check on me about 10 minutes later. I think that's better rather than being followed all around; they give me space to shop while still sure to check on me whether I need assistance or not.

    I was at Salvatore Ferragamo for my first time with my niece visiting from Mexico. We were greeted by Sabrina who was very welcoming and helpful. I have never shopped on Rodeo Drive. as it is not in my budget. Sabrina made my experience a memorable one. Very professional, attentive and sweet. Thank you Sabrina.

    We bought some shoes from one of their stores probably this store and after wearing them no more than 10 times, the sole underneath the shoes are just breaking and coming off in pieces. We took them back there to ask if they can repair it. We were willing to pay for the repair and he said that this is part of wear and tear and that they don't repair it. Fir some shoes that are about $600-$700 saying that they cannot even handle 8-10 times of wearing them, it is insane. This was our first and last time buying anything from this brand, as they are not even backing up their product and this shows really that the quality is very poor.

    The belt I should have just returned all together instead of getting it resized. I will never shop there again!

    GOTTA LOVE RACIAL PROFILING! We went into the Ferragamo store to return an item and to get a belt sized. The moment we walked in we were being handled. We weren't allowed to look around even while returning the item or getting the belt sized were we even asked if we were interested in any other items. While waiting I just stood there watching. After EVERY black person that walked in the door the person standing by the door would right away start talking into his head piece. But when white person walked in the door they were just greeted. Damn and all this time I thought money was just green regardless of the color of the person's skin color! I WILL ONLY GIVE MY MONEY TO PEOPLE THAT CAN SEE ME!

    I absolutely love this store. My go to person is Lynn she knows so much about fashion and how to coordinate colors. I am so excited for the new shoes that are out so comfy for work and last forever!! If you really want a full transformation you must come here!!

    These guys are great here. Bought many items here that last forever. Purses, women's and men's shoes are comfortable. Sometimes they have sales items that are very good deal. Sometimes their leather goods are a fraction of the other big designers and also last a lot longer.

In the end, we walked out with a couple of pairs of shoes because of the outstanding service Jose provided us. He was not only extremely nice and pleasant, but honest and helpful as well. My wife tried on a pair of Cloud 6s. Upon trying them on, she said that the laces felt tight. She asked Jose if they would loosen up over time. He said maybe a little. He then offered to replace the laces with something longer to hopefully alleviate the discomfort. He then left us temporarily to replace the laces. When he came back with shoes with new laces, my wife tried them on and stated that they feel a little loose now, but feel much better. At this point, she was going to buy the shoes as is, but Jose offered to replace them with medium length laces to ensure an even better fit. He left us to relace the shoes yet again. When he returned, my wife tried on the shoes and they were a perfect fit. The amount of time Jose spent with her to ensure she was 100% comfortable was impressive. Side note: I was really digging the service so while waiting, I got myself a pair of Cloud Runners. Being a Hoka guy, I hate to admit that these shoes are more comfortable than any of my Hokas. I regret not trying out On and coming to this store sooner.

I do wish they carried more of their online items in store. I've noticed they sell out of their popular sizes quickly like 2-4 so I recommend to call ahead and check with the staff to see if they have your size. Regardless I've had good shopping experiences and the staff is very friendly.

    I tried this company for the first time by placing an order 8/31 for HOCO dresses for my daughter,…read more2 weeks before event. I do A LOT of online shopping and a familiar with carriers and shipping speeds and I checked their their return policy as well as their shipping policy prior to ordering. Sadly, I didn't think to check what their policy is for lost packages. Originally my delivery date was 9/5 (bc holiday weekend), but I got a msg on 9/5 saying shipment was delayed because the carrier misrouted the package and the new arrival would be 9/9 (today). But the tracking shows the pkg has been and still is in Henderson NV (from CA to CO, then backwards to NV before it, if ever, gets to TX). Their horribly annoying automated system told me the package would be delivered Saturday 9/13 or Monday 9/15. By then it will be too late. I spoke to their customer service and found out they have a terrible policy in place for missing packages. Not only do I have to wait the full 6 business days (normal, but they said 6th day is tomorrow but on my calendar its today if 9/1 was the holiday), but if it doesn't arrive tomorrow (which tracking indicates it won't), they wait ANOTHER 14 DAYS before they will declare it missing. FOURTEEN DAYS after expected delivery?!?! I have never heard of giving a carrier that much EXTRA time to "locate" a lost package. They use an unheard of carrier that can't route packages correctly and their own company policy is to wait 14 days AFTER the expected delivery date for said carrier to locate the misrouted/lost package before Princess Polly admits they lost it. Insane. Its been delayed twice already and their customer service and company policies are subpar in the industry. Honestly we don't even know if we want their dresses, since this is our first (last) time ordering from them. We don't have the dresses we ordered in time for my daughters HOCO, despite ordering 2 weeks in advance; I still have to now take her shopping at a store with only a couple days before event; and I won't get a refund for another 2 weeks or longer. So I'm out money plus no dresses, plus extra work. Princess Polly should be ashamed of themselves and also out of business.

I walked into the store perusing the nicely put together merchandise and waited to be attended. Not one of the 4 clerks noticed my existence. Walked to the register hoping someone would notice I was ready to pay. After 5 mins of standing at the register with with a pair of shoes on hand, a young clerk walked right past me, in front of me however entirely ignoring me. She did this 2 more times until (probably my furious stare) made her finally acknowledge me. She was not cordial nor helpful. Asked me what I wanted as if her employment didn't depend on costumer purchases. I asked her to call the manager, she instead called another clerk (a more seasoned one) who instead of offering assistance and and an apology, nervously wrote down generic information and fumbled a few words. When the manager finally came up, he looked annoyed that he had to deal either the subject and let the other clerk finish writing the info. He did not even attempt to say hello. All in all, disastrous costumer service. These people are the reason why stores close down and online shopping takes over. No disappointing, and rude interactions with dense humans.
