Coach bags have been around for years. They are generally good quality and last for years. Today I really didn't find many colors that would pop or compliment my slow growing summer wardrobe. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted and offered a coupon. Coach offers high quality items that last for years and the outlet prices are great. I was advised that if I behaved while my wife looked around, that there would be ice cream in it for me as we left the outlets. This location was recently renovated and is in really good shape with a full inventory of the new fall fashion trends. The floor kind of made me dizzy after staring at it for a while. It's like an optical illusion with all of those dots on the carpet. Sales associates were very friendly, but had a hint of commission on them as they passed by repeatedly asking if we needed help and describing items over and over. Not quite car sales, but it was getting close. We bought items with the 15% off after $150 purchase. Within the same days of sale we wanted to exchange an item that was purchased. Samara was our cashier, she was very understanding, helpful and pleasant. However, amongst her trying to help us her manager came over to assist in the exchange. She was nothing but rude, unhelpful and escalated the situation that didn't need to be. She talked very forcefully, disrespectful and never offered any kind of solution for helping us. This was my first visit to this location, I work two jobs as a manager at both and I would never ever treat a customer the way she did with us. I know coach wouldn't want their name to be represented in that type of way either. During the conversation she even had the nerve to tell us she wouldn't come to our jobs and tell us how to do it. Never did we ever ask her to do something that would have jeopardized her job, all we asked was for her to help us with a simple exchange. She kept raising her voice at us to repeat the same thing about the items being different, as if we didn't already hear her the first 3-4 times, again never offering a solution. As the customer I asked her, if the 15% off was still going on and if we needed all the items in order to do an exchange for one item on the receipt. She said yes. So we did, we brought in all 3 items to return and to buy the 3 we wanted...all to exchange one item on the receipt. At the end of the exchange my heart was racing and I was very upset at the way a simple exchange was handled. Very terrible first experience at this store. read more

I dont know why I had the genius idea to come here. I had never been in a coach store before, and i guess the sticker shock just blew me away. Even with their " 50-65%sale" things were still beyond what i would spend of a purse, which was a bummer, There is another outlet in NC that actually has the bags at a steal of a deal... I was just a little disappointed at the selection in this store... Staff was friendly and made sure my 7 months preggo bff knew that coach has baby bags... :) but i guess that store is just a little rich for my blood :) read more

I bought a a small accessory and placed it next to another coach bag in drawer. The color from black coach bag got onto the accessory and was unremovable even with coach cleaner. I took to the store and was shrugged off by being told it is normal wear and tear. Asked to speak to manager and was told he was the manager and there is nothing he can do. Very unsatisfied with Coach not standing by its product blaming time and wear and tear for a product that was in drawer unused. read more

I don't know if it's apart of policy but my husband and I (we are black) were looking for a bag for myself and two (black) workers were more than kind to help us look for a bag and when it was time to check out we were rung up a Caucasian worker and she asked us to verify our id and debit card and asked us for our address,name,and phone number......but didn't do it to the person who checked out before us .I don't know if it's because they think because we were just dressed very basic ,she assumed we really could afford it....or racism read more
