I love this Coach Outlet! They have a great selection and have great sales! This location is way better than the Great Mall one.

lots of people on the weekends and sometimes there is a line to get in. very few mens selection to choose from. mostly for women's. if your looking for mens stuff then go to coach outer in folsom. the service here is not the best because there is so many people to help they don't have time to help you look for a new one or the price of it. i think its a bit of disorganized. not one of my favorite coach store for sure. read more

This place is always packed. I mean it's expected because somehow Coach has become the Levi's jeans among outlet shoppers. The store often had great sale events and the associates are very friendly. If someone grabbed the last purse you wanted, just kindly as an associate to find you another one from the back. read more

Love this store! If you're a Coach fan, this is a good place to get great deals. Everything is usually marked down considerably & they often hand you an additional 30% coupon when you walk through the door. The service is great too! This place is really a hit or miss. Went in one time and found not one but two beautiful purses, went in two more time and found nothing worth my money. I absolutely love this store, and need to stop going in to "look" because I can never just "look". I'm a little sad though because they are no longer handing out 20% off slips when you walk in, and that was an even bigger plus! Apparently they lowered prices to make up for it. Oh well. Aside from it being very busy in the store, they seem to have plenty of friendly staff willing to help. I found a killer deal today. Left with a leather Coach Madison Baby tote from the clearance section. 50% off.... Plus an additional 20% off bc it was missing the changing pad. So $548 went to $151 like that. Awesome! I also got a gorgeous checkbook wallet for $71, originally $218. So I glance down at my receipt at the end of the purchase and see "you saved $567 on your purchase today." heck yes I did! I really liked the selection of bags they had here. I was in bag heaven! Many people were helpful in choosing my bag selection process. The sad part is I don't remember their names. Two asian ladies, one with a slight accent and one with tan skin and thick eyeliner, helped me find out what the bags were called. The person who rang me up, Mariah (spelling? sorry if this is wrong), was fabulous and was very nice. She helped my aunt exchange two bags and ring up another purchase. Overall, I really liked this store and I would definitely go back. The prices are great! read more

I'll give the Coach outlet 4/5 stars. I thought the staff was friendly and helpful, but not overly so. I was looking for a made-for-factory bag (not a transfer from the full-price store) and was a little disappointed that they were out of the color I wanted. Still, I got a good price on the one I bought. I'd reccomend you go there in the morning (they open at 10 a.m.) near opening time, and go there on a weekday. The place is definitely to be avoided on weekends and late in the day. It is way too crowded at those times. read more

i disagree. i have some coach bags that i've only used once or twice for parties and such now there's something wrong with them. either the zipper or the fabric ripped. don't get me wrong i used to love coach bags but as time went on i got tired of it. first off it's not the type of bag that i can use for normal wear and tear. it's not like my juicy couture which i got 2 years ago and have used every day since then but it's still fine and dandy. zipper is intact nothings ripped better quality. and it cost me about the same as my previous coach bags. recently it was my birthday and my boyfrend bought me a purse from and the first time i was gonna use it i realize the zipper was broken. so i'm going to return it and just get a gucci bag instead. other than that this place is where to go if you're a coach lover but wants to save some $$$. read more

I want to echo the other complaints that the employees here are racist. My boyfriend and I came in because he needed a laptop bag. He already knew which bag he wanted because he signed up for Coach's emailing list. While he browsed the men section I went and took a peak at the women section. I approached an older Asian lady to ask about how the pricing they had that day, she grabbed the wallet I had and said this is blah blah $'s and rudely left. She made me feel like I bothered her by asking for the price. But I quickly saw her approach Asian customers to ask them if she can help them look at something . I think she dumped me because she only wanted to help Asian customers with the misconception that the Asian customers had more buying power than me. That is super racist. In any event, I kept browsing and a very nice lady by the name of Ayalette approached me and assisted me. She was super attentive and kept checking in on me if there was anything else she could pull out got me. With every item I selected she offered to set it in the back while I kept shopping. I appreciated her efforts to pull a new laptop bag from the bag for my boyfriend and for checking for different sizes in shoes. Overall i feel she went above and beyond to make me feel like I was leaving with excellent items to purchase. My boyfriend and I bought 6 items total. Upon inspection one shoe the leather was cut, I asked Ayalette if she could please bring me another size 8 from the back. She checked and unfortunately said the pair in my hands was the last one but that she would ask her manager for a possible discount. Unfortunately, she returned stating her manager said no. I explained to her to please ask again given the quantity of items we were buying. She went back and asked her manager and a different older Asian lady came out and said she can't discount because the shoes were already 50% off. It didn't make sense b cause the WHOLE store is 50% off. Mind you, the idea of a possible discount was Ayalette's idea. The whole situation that the manager would rather sell me cut up shoes then to give me a minor discount is ridiculous. Why lose a customer over $4 to $5? It's petty. Why would Ayalette offer me the possibility of a discount? She offered because it was a possibility but her manager said no because she brings down the image and reputation of Coach shoes by having leather slashed shoes on the floor for sale. I expect a respond back by the CEO. read more

The customer service is great and so are the discounts. I do however feel like I am in the Philippines.

Since my taste usually exceeds my budget, the Coach outlet lets me buy purses that I normally wouldn't be able to afford. They always have a really good selection. The employees are always so helpful, almost too helpful, but not car sales-esque pushy. Last Christmas, I got a wristlet, a toiletries bag and a purse for less than $100!!! My last time in, I had my eye on a purse so big you could fit the kitchen sink in it, that was $700. Not crazy for a huge leather purse, but well outside my budget. The sales associate informed me that all regular price merchandise was 30% off and the entire store was an additional 50% off. Essentially 80% off?!?!?! It was almost rude to say no to such a deal and now I have another wonderful coach purse that will last forever! The only thing that I can complain about is that sometimes when there is a crazy good sale (especially Black Friday) some of the other customers and rude and pushy and will even try to grab things out of your hands. The employees can't really control that behavior, but just beware and be prepared to protect your stuff on the way to the register. read more

I came into the store at around 3:30 P.M. and a Manager/Supervisor or whoever she was named Angela "Angie" greeted me kindly. I walked around specifically looking for a purse under $130 with a matching wallet under $70. (HEY, I'M ON A BUDGET!). Anyways, Angela approached me by asking "May I assist you with anything today? May I also offer you a 30% discount coupon in case you do plan on purchasing anything today?" She also walked around the sales section with me for a good 2 hours and gave me her honest opinion on each product. Not only did I purchase a purse and matching wallet as a gift for my mother in law, but I also purchased a iPad case for myself for $50.00!!! What a great deal. Angie's customer service was genuine and welcoming, unlike other pushy sales people at other retail stores. Thank you Angela for making me feel welcomed into your store. They have a really nice selection but I was followed by the youngest or new employee around the store I'm assuming because of my age . I never thought I'd get harassed like I did at such a high end boutique .. Defiantly disappointed just because I'm young dosent mean I'm trying to steal . I was asked every couple minutes by a new employee what I was looking for, do I need help,including the manager .. Then they would walk away and mumble to each other. I literally heard the manager say watch him he's looking to close at the purses . Looking to close are you fucking kidding me !!! It mad me feel 2nd class. The ONLY good thing about this place is the prices. I have been a few times just to see what they have available. Your typical brown and black coach purses with a few fun summer colors as well. Not a lot of selection if you are looking for something not so basic. I was handed a coupon when I walked in (so was everyone else) but after that interaction no one helped me. Granite it was a busy Saturday and I was dressed very casual but still all of us are usually in there to buy something. When I got to the front to purchase my purse the lady asked who helped me today and kindly stated "no one". Not the best customer service but prices are good. Parking is terrible. I love this place. It is the biggest coach outlet I have seen (although I have only been to the one in gilroy and Connecticut aside from this one). It was CHAOS. I arrived on a day when they were giving an extra 30% off. It was a grabby feeding frenzy of ladies in that joint. I actually could not deal with it and for the first time in my life asked the sales associate to assist me. And assist me she did. I liked the pattern that one woman was carrying. She guided me to the location where that pattern was stored. There was not much selection on the shelf so she went foraging in the back and came out with two additional styles. After all that, I did not like the pattern that much. But ended up buying 3 purses, and 3 accessories of different patterns. In the end my bill was equivalent to the cost of one of the purses at full retail value. I totally scored. The thing with outlet stores, is that just like costco, you think you are saving money, but you are not you are just getting more for your money. Needless to say I will be back.... read more

There is always a line but it is worth the wait and the crowd. The staff is friendly and the deals are great. If you don't want to wait in line then you can pay full price at a ton of other stores that sell Coach. The discount is worth the extra hassle. read more

I went into the Vacaville Coach for help with an older shoulder bag that I had bought for my wife. My concern was the authenticity of the bag. The store manager assisted me personally and after inspecting my bag, I was reassured that it was the real thing. The customer service didn't stop there ... the manager took to checking out the bag completely for it's condition while cleaning and moisturizing the leather on the entire bag also chaining out a worn chain on the coach tag. Now this was more than I expected but again, it still didn't stop there. The bag was then beautifully packaged and placed in a Coach box and bag as if the item was a brand new purchase for delivery back to my wife. The store managers customer care was nothing less than 5 Star. Needless to say, I ended up getting a small credit card/purse to accompany the newly revived shoulder bag for my wife. Wouldn't it be great if all places of business that we spend our hard earned money provided the same type of customer care. read more

The selection here is good. The staff seems to know the stock. However, the imposed policy of not providing dust bags that come with the items that were originally manufactured for the retail stores is insulting and wrong. I was told by three different sales associates that the original dust bags are not delivered with those items when they are sent to the Factory stores. I find this to be interesting as I have nearly 20 "retail bags" that have all been purchased at Coach factory stores. All of them came with the dust bags inside. How is it that they are not delivered to the Vacaville store? Where are the dust bags going? I am always on the hunt for a good deal at the Factory stores, Having a bag that is identical to the merchandise sold in the retail stores at half of the price is part of the fun of shopping at the factory stores. The dust bags for the "higher end" coach items is part of what makes those bags special. It is an insult to be told that they don't come with them when I know that they do.
