I visited the Puma Outlet in Vacaville today (08-19-2025)around 1:35 pm. The store had great deals, and I was excited about my purchase. However, i bought 2 T-Shirts one one was 30%off and the 2nd was 40% ,when I went to check out, I noticed I was being charged the wrong price. I pointed it out to the cashier, Andrea, simply asking her to correct it. To my surprise, instead of apologizing or fixing the mistake politely, her response was extremely rude. I didn't raise my voice or say anything inappropriate--I just wanted the price corrected so I wouldn't be overcharged. Mistakes happen, but the way she handled the situation was unprofessional and disrespectful, not only to me but also to my family who was with me. I've been shopping at this outlet for years, and this was by far one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've had. Employees represent the brand, and I truly hope management addresses this so other loyal customers don't go through the same experience. read more

I took my grandson into the Vacaville Puma store yesterday for tennis shoes, and we were very pleased. Lilly an employee from the store was so very nice and helpful. My grandson really liked this one pair of tennis shoes, and Lilly came over on her own to help look for his size. She then went in the back, and came out with a big smile as well as the tennis shoes in his size. Her positive attitude while helping us made shopping at Puma such a wonderful experience. PUMA remains such a cool, iconic brand. Bringing back such fond old-school memories as a kid who used to proudly rock the suede classics. Fast forward to the present: I read the reviews on this outlet store having some customer service issues. However, my experience was completely opposite. I was driving back to the Bay Area from Reno and phoned the business to inquire about men's slides availability. The young lady who answered (and whose name has slipped my mind unfortunately) was very courteous and offered to search the store for me. When I arrived the store about 45 minutes later, I was greeted by a nice young man who was dutifully stocking merchandise. And the associate I spoke with prior had item choices waiting for me at the counter. These associates--expertly working in tandem--blew my socks away from a customer service perspective. Anyone who knows me, knows that I am a Puma fanatic. Most of my athletic wear is from Puma. I noticed my clothes were starting to fit too big from losing weight... all the more reason to buy more, cute (workout) clothes!! Since I was already at the Vacaville Outlets, I figured I would stop by. I would have passed it on the way home anyway...why not stop by? Today was President's Day Holiday, and the store wasn't insanely busy. There was a line when I grabbed my items. I decided to get out of line and use the fitting room. I made a purchase on Puma website. I received my order, unfortunately for me I ordered in men sizes instead of women. I returned the shoes and received a confirmation email the shoes had indeed been received i. Their warehouse and there would be up to 10 days delay before I would see a credit. After waiting 3 weeks, I finally contacted the customer service chat line. They advised me the refund was issued to s********@gmail.com to the original Visa card. I explained this was not my email and I didn't use a Visa card. After repeating myself over and over again. I was transferred to the rude Ms Abigail. She repeat the same information as the agent before, so I repeat my response. After being on the phone for over an hour and a half. They finally provided my email and the correct card was an American Express. This was hard to do because I had said this repeatedly. I asked if they would provide the last 4 digit for verification, they wouldn't. I was told to contact my credit card company in regards to the credit. I explained while I had been chatting with puma, I was also chatting with my credit card company and they did not show a credit issued or a credit pending. I guess she, Ms Rude didn't like that because I was transferred back to the other agent, without being informed. Chatted with this person for a while before I was transferred again, without being advised. The final agent told me she was opening a case and I would be updated in 24 to 48 hours. I have not heard anything. All I can say is Puma will no longer receive my money. The prerecording message at the beginning of all of this indicates the chat is being recorded for training purposes. I hope so because your team needs some serious training. By the way I screenshotted the conversation with puma's agents in case someone forgot to hit the record button. I was shopping with my 70 year old mom and my son and we where followed around the store as if we where stealing, to the point that had to pull cash out of my pocket to let them know i wasn't there to steal and I was repeatedly asked if I would like them to take my items to the counter so they could hold them and I was just trying to match an outfit meanwhile every other person in the store was able to shop freely and when I spoke up an African American lady said that she was experiencing the same treatment....im a 41 year old black man who works to hard to be treated like a thief and I put everything back where it belonged and left the store .... This was racism and I was embarrassed because I was trying to support you business.... This happened October 19th around 7pm.... Terrible representation of a major franchise.... Those employees should know that behavior isn't ok. July 28, 2019 Who doesn't like a bargain at the end of the day? I know I love them and will travel if need be to get a great deal. I'm not a shopaholic or anything, but when I'm in the mood....you had better get out of my way. On this day the "Puma" outlet store was on my list and I successfully checked this one off the list. But I still didn't have that total feeling of nostalgia that I expected to have.. despite that I had a pretty good experience with this store, let me tell you all about it. Puma Outlet Store: Located in the "East" section of the "Vacaville Premium Outlets" the Puma Store sits on a strip of heavy hitter stores in my opinion. But the "East" section is considered by some, the least of the popular stores in the outlet mall. I beg to differ, speaking just for the Puma Store alone, if you grew up a "BBoy/Girl" (Breakdancer) or just was into the Hip Hop lifestyle especially "80's" fashion, "Puma" was a power player along with "Adidas", "Nike", "Fila", and "Reebok". On my visit this day, they were having a whole store sale, items ranging from 20% - 50% off. I did browse some and honestly didn't really find much in the retro styles department, it was kinda a bummer. But the sales they had going on was really good. They seemed to have a bigger selection of items as compared to general variety as compared to the "Nike" and "Adidas" stores. They had undergarments, socks, soccer jerseys, hoodies, pants, workout apparel ect. I went simple and got a pair of Puma Smash V2 that retails for $55. Today these shoes were 40% off, so the total dropped to $33. The Puma Smash for those that are into "Puma" are a update of the famous "Puma Suede". This shoe is a canvas shoe and features a new comfort insole that makes these a pleasure to walk around with, but still look great with the added fat white laces I later added. I also got a pair of sport boxers that were on 50% off. So the original price being $28 got dropped down to $14. These things are comfortable to say the least and for this price, I really wanted to get a couple more pairs, but I had plenty more shopping to do this day. Overall: I enjoyed my visit to the Puma Store, the staff here was very helpful and the store itself was very put together and tidy as compared to other similar stores in the outlet mall. Of course I didn't find much in the retro Puma lines, but what they did have was most of the current styles and offerings that are in today. I think this store being on the "East" section actually helps in the overall foot traffic department, as this store wasn't overly packed. I do recommend this store to anyone looking for a great deal overall. Just remember, if you come here during the heat of the summer.....drink plenty of H20, because it's hot in Vacaville during the Summer! read more

I know there are many Puma stores out there, but it seems to me, going to the Puma outlet store, here in Vacaville, seems like the best one. The staff is awesome. They really know what customer service is. They are willing to help you no matter how busy the store is, they are always helpful. The atmosphere here is pretty small, but they always have good deals, so I'm not complaining. The best time to go here is during a week day; it's never as packed, and they still have great deals on apparel and gym bags. Let me let you in on a secret... they are already marked down, but on holidays like memorial day, easter, christmas, new years, and fourth of july, they are marked down even more! Pretty cool huh? i live in this wonderful little town of Vacaville. I always stop by here since its right next to Banana Republic, my favorite store. They alway have a myriad of colors of everything however, you may not be able to find a complete matching top and bottom. They have so many kind of t shirts all the time and they have sales all the time. The store is on the small side. They have the clearance half off rack in the back but they usually have crazy space shoes back there that are comical, if not other-worldly. They have cute purses. Unforturnately i bought 2 the other week and i only used it a week and the seam on top started coming apart. I returned both of them without issue. The quality of those bags were not as good as the other ones I purchased a long time ago. Service is generally good. Almost always someone at the counter will acknowledge you. Selection is ok, just frustrating that you can't always get a complete match but hey, it is the outlets. read more

I don't like puma, it's my boyfriend that loves puma and wanted to come into the puma store and I ended up buying jackets and he ended up just watching me buy my stuff haha when he's the one that likes the brand not me. Well the prices are excellent I saved $108 yes I saved that much on just 2 jackets. One jacket was $80 and the other was $65 and total for the both was $39. Most of the racks were all items $14.99 and the other racks were like 75% off and for really cute expensive jackets don't regret this buy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I go in Memorial Day weekend and this doofus Louis or Louie is working. The place is packed and he's walking up and down the aisles squeaking his sneakers across the concrete floor-- loud and very annoying. I shoot him a dirty look and he says "I gotta do something to keep occupied." Well, then how about helping a customer moron? Who trains these people? My search for the Presidents Day Sale was a pair of jogging pants that have a zipper on a pocket so keep my keys from falling out and me losing them... again. We tried Nike and Adias first and then hit this store on our Outlet Mall journey. It was very organized. The people inside greeted us quickly, let us know about the sales and were able to help us when we needed it. My wife looked at shoes for a while while I was looking at all the pants. I picked out a pair of cheap ones and was happy with them until I got home and saw the zipper I played with on the rack belonged to the pair beside this one. Yes, that sucked. read more

They had 50% off the entire store when I went during the holiday season. I came in looking for a relatively cheap pair of sneakers. When I saw the style and color I wanted they didn't carry any woman sizes below Size 8. The employees tried to help me check the back too but I guess they only get what Puma gives them, not usually smaller sizes. I came back a month later when they still had the same promotion and bought a completely black pair. I wanted a pink one but once again, none in my size. You really have to try the shoes on before buying because I bought a pair that was one whole size down in order to fit comfortably. Eh, $35 for a pair of Puma isn't bad. read more

This is the only Puma store/outlet close to me while I am in school. I wanted a certain type of shoe which they didn't have in store. (The Puma store in SF didn't have my size and this store doesn't carry it). So I ordered online. Not even a full year later, something in the sole of my shoe broke so every time I walked it made a popping noise. When I came in here around October/November, the lady manager said I can bring it back in to get store credit and exchange it. I was busy so I brought it in about a week ago. When I mentioned it to the guy manager there, he not only was rude to me, he blamed the shoe breaking on me. He said I could have gotten the shoe I had for $30 at the outlet when I just mentioned to him that they didn't carry it in store (I had called and asked. They carried the shoe in leather and not suede which was what I wanted). He then proceed to tell me that the shoes are very worn down because of the heel and that's it. Which is due to the fact that I use to drag my heel when I walk. Overall he was rude and offered me NO help whatsoever. I left very annoyed. Out of all the times I've been here, no one has been as rude as he was to me. Service here is usually not this bad. It's usually pretty good. read more

Do they have EVERYTHING no they are small, in fact my hub is usally disappointed in the mens selection and always a bit jealous that I usually find at least one very cool, very cheap item when we make the trip up. I have a couple pair of pumas and enjoy them. They are great for children and I just bought kids shoes for my nephew which light up and are easy to put on for him.
