(Mind you, this was about 5 minutes later) When I asked one of the employees about it, all she did was look at her watch with an attitude like it was closing time (it was 7:45, they close at 8) as if it was my fault the clothes were taken and then dismissed me. It was so rude and off putting that I didn't buy anything I was going to get and just left. One guy yawned so loud it was disturbing ! The cashier try to sell me VIP rewards but didn't know the " great" features of the VIP membership. All they tried to do was push their suits on me while being completely unhelpful when it came to measuring and answering questions about the suit I needed tailored. Regardless, I figured they'd be decent enough as they tend to sell higher end brands, and didn't want to trust my Zegna and Isaia suits to a cheaper tailor. Boy was I wrong. High prices do not mean good quality when it comes to services. I got $5 quality for a $260 price. Pictures of the grey suit are the surgeons cuffs done at Rowma are uploaded. They cost $120. I cannot how badly they came out. Pictures speak 1000 words, and I'll stop ranting and let you behold their handiwork. Judge for yourselves.

Came into the store a little overwhelmed with my five-month-old goddaughter as she just got done crying. All employees said hello the second I walked in the store. I went straight to the counter needing an exchange, I wasn't even there for 30 seconds before an employee came to assist me. Instead of point out where the items were in the store he asked the sizes I needed and brought everything directly to me as he can tell I was flustered. Another employee was helping me with shoes and instead of telling me he didn't have the size I needed he brought out the half size up and down that he had in store.
