These are authentic snowballs from a New Orleans guy. The ice was smooth and there are plenty of flavors available. I selected cotton candy and another flavor with condensed milk on top. It tasted like nostalgia. There are also other snacks and hot foods available. There's plenty of parking since it's attached to a strip mall and there are a few spots to sit at. I can't wait to return!

If you're looking for authentic Louisiana SNOBALLS this is your place! I got a large wedding cake w coconut and a small wedding cake and y'all know wedding cake is a staple so it was good! While we were there we got some good ole southern hospitality that you don't get here in Texas and some good conversation! Coach slim also has different variety of nachos, hot dogs w chili and cheese, chips and everything you'd find at the "candy lady"! Come and get y'all Louisiana Fix Don't forget to be NICE AND PATIENT

This place is soooo addicting. I've never had a snow cone with cream and now I'm hooked. The ice itself is SUPER smooth no hard pieces and the flavors do not taste artifical and to syrupy. Also try their New Orlea s chips I had green onion and they was DELICIOUS. Coach and his staff are very friendly and attentive. Prices are good you get your moneys worth. Def reccomend u won't regret it.

Love Coach Slim's snow cones. A little bit of home (New Orleans) in Frisco.

Because of that, I think it's only fair to highlight how much things have improved since then. I'm happy to report that my recent visit was significantly better, and nearly every criticism I had back then has been addressed. The food was outstanding. I ordered the Das Brat, loaded with bratwurst, caramelized onions, sauerkraut, spicy brown mustard, and garlic aioli. My family ordered the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich, the Santa Fe chicken sandwich, and the Ringer burger. Every single meal was excellent. The flavors were bold, the ingredients tasted fresh, and everything was prepared perfectly. A special mention goes to the Pretzel Bites. They were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and paired perfectly with the rich cheese sauce and mustard aioli. They made a great starter and disappeared quickly from the table. The service was also excellent. Our server was friendly, attentive, and did a great job despite clearly wearing multiple hats throughout the restaurant. I definitely appreciated the effort. And for beer lovers, Dog Haus offers beer in 1-liter pours. Naturally, I had to take advantage of that. Overall, the food was delicious, the service was awesome, and the entire experience was a dramatic improvement from my first visit years ago. I'm genuinely pleased to see how much Dog Haus Biergarten has improved and am happy to update my review accordingly.

A Wednesday night with the place less than 1/3 full, so it was relatively quiet for this type of restaurant and decent for conversation. Eventually one guy had his entree' Caesar salad served, which he finished before the next dish arrived. A few more came sporadically over another 15 minutes, the rest arrived in bursts like it should. The food arrived in the all too common practice of showing up tableside as the staff holds it above eye level while shouting "WHO HAD THE blah blah?", instead of using an order seating system and just quietly serving it without having to shout at everyone up and down a long table 16 to 30 times. Personally, this type of dinner service really bothers me as it shatters any ambiance the place may have had, and kills conversation. It shows the wait and kitchen staff lack training and organization skills, but worse, that they have no concept of what dining out is, or should be. This isn't the Catfish Shack guys, get a grip. Unfortunately, I ordered the Cobb Salad which was sub par made with hamburger toppings, factory diced iceberg lettuce, diced tomato, diced egg, diced avocado, with all appearances of being shaken out of a bag, unfortunately with the wrong dressing. Dressing was on the side, thankfully, so that was fixable by flagging staff and waiting another ten minutes. It might have been resolved faster had waitstaff asked how is everything??? The Cobb was 75% of an entree serving but more than enough given what it was. A friend had the glazed salmon and rice which looked very good, other entrees looked fair, some of generous proportion. Unfortunately , as this is a larger restaurant with nice covered patio seating, it is possibly the worst of the lot as Preston/121 location is top notch in comparison. It is in need of decent management, perhaps to train/retrain the whole staff. Rather disappointing. I have no desire to return to this location.

Chili cheese fries were really good. I was so hungry I didn't think about it being hot ended up burning my lips, but still kept eating because it tasted that good. Hotdog & Onion rings. Onion rings were a surprise. Took me straight back to the Santa Monica Pier. Something about them just hit memoryville. The hotdog had that old school flavor. Reminded me of when my mom would cut them up, throw some toothpicks on a plate, and add a big glob of ketchup. I'd take it outside and share with the neighborhood kids. Saw this place from a Facebook ad and decided to try it. Glad I did. Good customer service, vintage vibe, and solid food. Recommend it to anyone. Good spot.

The employee was very apathetic and left service to be desired. When my food was done and bagged and right in front of me, instead of giving it to me he left. I thought he was going to get ketchup or something but instead he went to stack chairs and then came back to hand me the bag. It boggles to me this day why he'd do that. I was the only car in line at the drive through. I was hoping the food would make up for it but the cheeseburger was way too sour with the mustard and pickles together. The Jack's fries had promising seasoning but were way too salty. Basically inedible. I had a stomachache later that night either from the sourness of the burger, the saltiness of the fries, or both. Would not recommend.
