Workers are very stingy and noticeably annoyed. There was no flavoring at all in the middle of my shaved ice. The lady who made it was ungenerous with the amount of flavoring she put in AND left sticky residue all along the outside of the cup. It was disappointing to say the least. I ordered a small Mangonada extreme I like that they have smaller sizes as I can never finish a medium or above size So good, it is very sour (I like it like that) it comes with mango chunks and lots of tajin which I also enjoyed! Ps i recommend you take out your spicy tamarind straw asap as it does harden as it gets cold, or you could ask for it on the side and enjoy as you eat you your shaved ice. read more

The kids are working very hard at this location. Especially on warmer days. Between the busy drive thru and counter, they are filling orders as fast as they can. The location is small but we found a high bar to sit at while we waited. I've never been here before so I was confused on what and how to order something without candy or sprinkles. I asked for a recommendation and was given several great options, the combinations here are endless ! Everything we ordered was a big hit. Only recommendation would be to have some outdoor seating. Lately, I've been ordering ahead in the app and getting my shave ice to go. I like how it's packaged in a flat top with a lid rather than a big, heaping cone top. The interior is small with a few tables and bar seating overlooking the front window. They also have a convenient drive-thru that I've yet to use. If you have an addiction like me, I suggest signing up for their rewards program and app where they feature a lot of offers and announce seasonal flavors. read more

The sno here is amazing! If you're looking for a cool treat to beat the heat this is the place to stop. Their snow cones aka their sno is soft, powdery, and full of deliciousness. They're speedy when going through the drive thru but service is a bit of a bummer because their app doesn't work. You can't scan when you buy. This is a very good place but it was very dead. There was only two people working. That's not bad. The ice came out pretty fast. The worker tried to make small talk and connections! The wait for a snow cone at 7-8pm was ridiculous just for us to receive the wrong order. I've worked at Bahama bucks so I know why the wait is as long as it is. I don't hold that against the kids working here, but as with all working establishments, there needs to be someone here to manage them, especially during a long and hot summer. We also found gnats in our cone so that was disappointing but again I understand. Hopefully they can get some more help but probably won't be back. 3.5 stars. read more

I was SHOOK as I clutched the pillowy roll in my hands-- realized what such blessing was bestowed upon me. The heavenly cotton had grown my adoration of these establishments in a similar manner to that of the Grinch's heart as displayed during the film's memorable redemption arc of the infamous antagonist. This was my first visit to this Bahama Bucks, and my first visit to Bahama Bucks, in general. I loved that their menu had so many different options, it was hard to decide. I went for a Bahama Colada which was very good! It was served very quickly and my friend and I enjoyed our visit with the exception that the whole floor was extremely sticky! I mean really sticky...all over. It was bad. I told the young woman taking orders, but she didn't seem to care much and nothing was done about it. Makes me wonder how often they mop at all. I would give 5 stars otherwise, but the floor was just gross and makes you wonder how clean the back is. read more

I mean wow. First of all the little girl taking orders should not have been taking orders. She didn't even tell us our total & told us to pull forward in a very sarcastic tone. We get to the window and the girl tries to hand us our smoothies 3/4 full & was pissed off that we had asked her to fill them up. Then we had gotten our other two snow cones & she didn't tell us the flavors & they were the same color so we asked & she said in a rude tone "I forgot" & slams the window. Well first and last time to visit this location. Watched a young lady, glasses maybe Alice, eating shaved ice over sink while pouring syrup out of bottle. All this was out of her hand. Then walk over and make our drinks. No watching hands or changing gloves. When we got our drinks, Bahama colada and coconut kulana ice cream item, neither were icy. Taste ok but more like flavored milk. There are several other places, some in same parking lot, to get a true smoothie or ice cream drink. There were probably 6 young adults working so no reason to take short cuts. Not great and very disappointing. read more

We arrived at 9:40 on a Saturday and the kid at the drive thru said we're closed we close at 10:30 and I said it's 9:40 and she said oh I meant 9:30 even though their website says they should be open. I wasn't going to argue and said okay and someone behind the person talking to me said okay bye leave. Super rude for no reason at all even if they lied about being closed. read more

I hate to give them this low of a rating but, it wasn't good. The kids working there really tried. The sno cones are below average tasting and we waited over 40 minutes in the drive through. I would never use this drive through because there is no way out once you're in. It's a long drive through with one lane. The shops on one side and big concrete wall on the other. I can see why it's popular though. It looks like it's your only choice for a pretty good way around there. read more
