My only complaint was that the bus was advertised as having "Bluetooth and auxiliary" capabilities for playing music. However after driving around for 15 minutes, none of us were able to figure out how to get out phones connected. The driver eventually pulled off and helped us get the radio going. We were brought a different driver for the second half of our trip who was able to have us play pur own music. An unfortunate incident but I would still give them 5 stars!

I asked if he was available, he got out, loaded our luggage and it was off to the Drury Hotel. Oswald is very personable, dependable, and more than anything else safe and professional. When we made it into town to the hotel, I asked for his card and told him I would call him in a week for a ride back to the airport. After a week in Millie-Wah-Kay on a Sunday morning I called Oswald and told him I would like a ride to the airport. He remembered me, told me that it would be about 40 minutes until he could pick me up, but he could send someone else. As I was in no hurry, I told him that we could wait. I also told him there would be three on the return to the airport. He showed up at the hotel after about 35 minutes and the ride to the airport was just like the ride into town. No increase in the total fare with the extra passenger. Oswald is a great conversationalist and has amazing stories to impart about his time driving tour buses in Europe. There's no reason why facebook and amazon have to be filtered. The buses themselves are hit and miss for safety and cleanliness. Some passengers are rude and aggressive, including distracting the driver, but nothing is done. The floors are filthy and given what you are paying, they could at least clean them up. The pickup point at Mitchell isn't clearly marked. That's a safety risk, especially for panhandling. The fare from Milwaukee to Madison is overpriced with all the stops. If it was direct from Mitchell to Madison without any stops, $23 wouldn't be too bad. With the stops, it should be less. Amtrak for all of its faults is overall a better service. Too bad it doesn't go from Milwaukee to Madison.
