He made the booking process incredibly easy and was fully transparent about pricing and policy (was not surprised with any hidden charges even at the end of the trip). He picked us up right on time at our hotel and offered us bottled waters and some restaurant recommendations around Niagara Falls, which was so considerate! We are out of town so we did not really know the area very well so his recommendations made it SO much easier for us to enjoy our trip without any added hassle. He also graciously made any stops we requested despite it not being on our official itinerary. We were so highly impressed with Enzo's professionalism and character that we asked if he was available the next day but unfortunately he was fully booked (AND FOR GOOD REASON!). My family and I all agreed that this day spent with Enzo in Niagara Falls was the highlight of our trip. Definitely the best limousine and transportation service I have ever used and would highly recommend to anyone! I had to ask him to change pick up and drop off times a few different times because of changes in my plans and he was very accommodating, and did so without any hassle. Their prices were by far the most reasonable in the area, especially considering the limo buses are very nice and luxurious. They were able to do multiple trips to accommodate the over 100 guests I had, which was great on their part. Overall a great experience, could not have been any better.

The drivers window was filthy and he never turned on the wipers probably because the defrost didn't work either. The whole experience was awful . Chip the employee however was doing his best to keep us informed of delays , times etc and he ran after the bus. Greyhound sucks.
