I have taken coach USA buses four times. Each and every time the buses have not left on time, claim…read moreto be direct and make frequent stops, and have always failed to make it to the final destination within an hour of the arrival time listed. I have transferred from greyhound to a coach USA bus and the service is exponentially worse with coach USA. I would say to never use but I have tried to avoid them and bought greyhound tickets that are actually coach USA. TRY TO AVOID AF ALL COSTS.

Their prices were by far the most reasonable in the area, especially considering the limo buses are very nice and luxurious. They were able to do multiple trips to accommodate the over 100 guests I had, which was great on their part. Overall a great experience, could not have been any better.

An employee named Chip alerted us that it was there and as we went to gather our badges the bus took off. Chip ran after the bus and luckily caught up to it and we were able to board. The bus driver never took our tickets to see if we were on the right bus. The greyhound bus was dirty, the heat did not work . The drivers window was filthy and he never turned on the wipers probably because the defrost didn't work either. The whole experience was awful . Chip the employee however was doing his best to keep us informed of delays , times etc and he ran after the bus. Greyhound sucks.
