I give coaches 5 stars. Me and my boyfriend travel with our 5 month old cane corso. It's hard to find patio sitting for us and our girl puppy. But management allowed her on leash on the patio. And the grill cook made our pup a grilled chicken breast and hamburger unseasoned for our Puppy and accommodation for a bowl of water aswell. The Garrett Way Romeo's met here for the catfish lunch - and it was great! Best catfish I've had. Service was good and more than a bit going on - much like a Dave and Busters. It is an over 21 establishment, and being in Tennessee, smoking is permitted. I came back a couple days later with my spouse. We both enjoyed the catfish though chose to sit outside. Still great service and given the perfect weather, a great alternative. Both times I had the coleslaw and potato salad. Tasty! And the hush puppies were better the second time - less cakey and more like I remember from my youth. Will have to check them out when there is a big game. I did not give the 1star because of the food. I had a hamburger which was amazing. This is on the service and place. We where visiting the area , we walked in to smell heavy cigarette smell! Coach's is your typical sports bar with TV's, bar food and karaoke on the weekends. If smoke bothers you just note that the bar area you are allowed to smoke in that part of the restaurant. I found the main room we were in to be okay and not too smoky. Overall, Coach's seems to cater to an older (middle-aged) crowd of mostly men. I've now been here twice and both times the food has just been okay. The first time I got the Coach's Burger ($7.99) with fries which was pretty big and I boxed the other half of it to take home. The second time I got the boneless wing appetizer ($7.99) as my entree which comes with a thinly-sliced fries and a bowl of ranch for dipping. I also got a beer. The wings are what Coach's are known for and they have a lot of wing sauce options to choose from. I got the mild sauce which was actually still a bit zippy! Service was fantastic. Our server was really nice the most recent time and was attentive on bringing out our food, asking if we wanted more drinks and bringing the check when we were done. Overall not the sort of place I would frequent. I come here because my boyfriend loves the wings so I am here by association. read more

Came here on a Friday night specifically for the wings. Also got fries and potato skins. We sat outside on the nice covered patio because of the smoking inside, plus we had a dog. The patio was so nice! Service was great. I was disappointed in the lack of happy hour. The waitress did bring out dog treats and a puppy ice cream for our dog which was such a nice treat for him. The inside is huge. Room after room. But they allow smoking inside. Overall food was delicious, and service was good. We will definitely be back! read more

This used to be our old go to place before we moved, just stopped by to visit and have lunch and was so very happy to see that the service is just as friendly as before! We were sitting on the patio and they gave my puppy water and came checking on us multiple times. The food was really good! The wings are the very best! Pool tables, jukeboxes, & dart boards... All my favorites. You can look around and tell that they have some regulars here! Don't be afraid, the drinks are sturdy and won't drain your pockets. All the staff have been very friendly as well. A plus for sure! read more

In town for a convention... this place was close to the hotel. This place has a smoky atmosphere, it's that simple. Choose wisely..... Wife had a mushroom/Swiss burger .... nothing special just a burger .... I had the patty melt... was pretty good... good rye bread it was on ... Got fried pickles... sent them back ... way to salty... our waitress ( Keisha ) who was terrific. said she would get the kitchen to try again. She did warn us that they are prepackaged so the outcome was probably going to be the same. Some other waitress brought them out and told us that since they had bread everything in the back.... that she had them wash all the pickles and rebread them .( now I'm confused) Pickles were just as bad the second time. My guess is Keisha was right ... so with a full basket of pickles still on the table .... they brought the check with the pickles still on it and the drinks taken off..... Super bland, boring, and nothing exciting about their food choices/menu in general. Also it smells like straight cigarettes inside so if you're a smoker, then it's fine. But if you aren't, avoid it here. Had the nachos and they were really basic with zero flavors that stood out. We were in the area and choose this place based on proximity. As we approached the front door I noticed a sigh that said no kids due to smoking laws. I had two of my kids with me. I stepped in to see if possible we could eat outside. The smell of cigarette smoke changed my mind quickly. If you are with children and or don't like cigarette smoke, skip this place. read more

We drove to Lebanon TN from Huntsville AL on Friday 17 July 2015. We intended to eat at Ko's pizza, but found it is closed every Friday from 12:30PM to 3PM. We spotted Coach's Eastgate Grille across the street and decided to try it. The service and the food are great! My husband just loved the Philly Cheesesteak and the excellent skinny fries. I ordered the pizza, which was good, but I was wishing I could have eaten the Cheesesteak too, it was so delicious! My husband let me have a few bites of his sandwich. Whenever we are back in Lebanon TN, we will definitely visit there again. read more

We were staying nearby and walked from our hotel. There was some smoke inside but fortunately it was a pleasant evening to be outside so we chose the patio with plenty of room to sit away from smokers. We ordered drinks, a burger, fish tacos and wings. The Bloody Mary was very good, the burger was plentiful, the wings very tender and I appreciated the selection of sauces offered! All were delicious. We would have ordered a salad but the only option was iceberg lettuce, not salad greens. Our server, Emmy, was awesome...attentive, efficient and friendly! Love this place. All the bartenders, waitresses, and waiters are are friendly and down to earth. I stop by every couple of weeks or so on my way home from work and though I don't come frequently, they still remember my face and are quick to serve me. Kind of an overlooked gem of a bar.
