After hearing that our friend had a great experience, we decided to work with Eagle Inspections…read moreourselves for our first-time homebuying process. We had the opportunity to work with Chris in our property. The entire process was seamless, from booking an appointment, the invoice, and the day-of procedure. Chris arrived early to capture the exterior documentation (i.e., front/back entrances, roof, facade) and greeted my partner and I with warmth and good humor. We examined each part of our future home, and Chris was very helpful with answering our questions and sharing context when weren't familiar with certain issues. It's clear he was knowledgeable and reassured us that we would be in good hands on closing day. After the inspection, you receive an in-depth report with assessments on the areas of improvement, concerns, and general status reports. I think he did a great job "looking for trouble," keeping us notified of how to be proactive should any maintenance is needed. Eagle Inspections was great to work with, and should definitely be considered in any home-buying process.

I am posting this review to express my disappointment and frustration following my recent…read moreexperience with Eagle inspection services. This was my third inspection with this company, and after this encounter, I have decided it will be my last. The inspection I received was incomplete. Additionally, I paid for a termite inspection, which was not initially listed until I specifically inquired about it. Moreover, the inspector failed to document any concerns until I addressed the missing information myself. In which a second report was issued with my concerns! This oversight is concerning, especially given the importance of thorough inspections in such significant transactions. I reached out to this company to seek resolution. However, I was transferred to Jimmy, who informed me that the problem was due to a system issue and implied that nothing further could be done. The cold and dismissive manner in which I was handled during such a critical matter has left a very negative impression. It severely undermines my confidence in their inspection reports and raises doubts about the reliability of theirs services. Given the gravity of this purchase, I expected a higher standard of professionalism and attention to detail. 09142026 MY RESPONSE TO THE OWNER, You never spoke to me. Let me be absolutely clear: you never once picked up the phone, sent a direct email, or had a real conversation with ME about any of this! So do not sit there and act like my concerns were handled, because they were not. My concerns were pushed under the rug from the very beginning, and I am done being polite about it. I paid for a termite inspection in which was never included in the first report until I inquire about that. Let that sink in. I paid money for a termite inspection, and the inspection was completely missing from the report I received. It only showed up after I had ask where the hell it was. That is not an accident. That is not a small oversight. That is your company taking my money and failing to deliver the exact service I paid for, hoping I would not notice. And do not insult my intelligence by stating I did not read the report. I thoroughly read the report before I contacted your company. I read every page, every section, every line. The only reason I received the updated report is because I caught your omissions. That is exactly why I received the updated report. Not because your team noticed. Not because someone double-checked. Because I called it out. I simply had required about any type of solution to my concerns. That is all I asked for. A solution. A conversation. Basic accountability. Instead, I got ignored, dismissed, and now I have the owner claiming I was spoken to when I was not. That is bull crap! That is unprofessional. That is very insulting. You do not get to take someone's money, leave out the service they paid for, and then act like they are the problem for asking questions. A termite inspection is not a minor add-on. It is a serious service that people rely on to protect their property. Missing it from a report is not a typo. It is a complete failure of the job you were hired to do. This is not how a reputable inspection company operates. This is not how you treat paying customers!
