We offer all services relating to home inspections including Stucco, Radon, Air Quality Testing for Mold, Sewer, Termite (WDI) and Water Quality Testing. Buying a new home is probably the biggest investment you'll ever make, and it's a decision that will affect you for years to come. The process can be very stressful and confusing, probably because making such a large purchase involves considerable risk. A professional inspection will significantly reduce that risk, and it can make the entire process easier and more pleasant.
We offer two services called the Walk & Talk and New Home Introduction. The Walk & Talk is for homebuyers that may be in a situation of waiving the home inspection with their offer. Our inspection team member will join you during the showing appointment to review the major components or the home and any specific items of concern. Once you move into your home, in our New Home Introduction, our trained professionals will guide you on an extensive, educational tour of your home to help you more fully understand how to protect and maintain your largest investment.

History
Established in 2011.
Jon Musselman, Owner, comes from a third-generation family-owned construction company known for craftsmanship and attention to detail. While completing his Technology Education Bachelor's Degree at California University of Pennsylvania, Jon continued working for the family business in the summers, and he spent his weekends in Pittsburgh renovating older homes. After he completed college, he returned East to the family business, full-time. Over the past 10 years, Jon has worked extensively in construction, all the way from framing to finish carpentry.
After buying and selling several homes of his own, Jon realized the challenge in finding good home inspectors who were available not just during the days, but also on nights and weekends, to accommodate the working professional. He also realized that with his background, he would be able to provide not only lists of problems but viable solutions to them.

We started our business in 2011 after buying our second home and having a sub-par inspection. We left the home inspection with little information about how to take care of the home. Coming from a third generation contracting family and going to school to be a technology education teacher, my expectations for the home inspection were high. My wife encouraged me to pursue the home inspection field and years later here we are! The goal of our inspections is to educate and empower our clients with an understanding of their home. We want our clients to leave the home inspection with an education of the major components that make up the home, how they function, and where they are in the life cycle.
