I love this place!!! Went here for the first time today, and it is SO cute, so clean and the ladies are so nice. Definitely a little pricer than some nail studios but I am SO happy with my nails. I'll always gladly pay a little extra for nails that I'm happy with than pay less and regret it. Forgot to take a photo in the studio so here are my nails at home. I got the "signature pedicure" and it was hands down one of the best pedicures I've had in a long time. They didn't try to upsell me on anything, their menu of services is really clear, and there are SO many color options. I don't have acrylics or tips - I have my own nails - and I specifically asked for a rebase and 2 tips o. Broken nails. And went over it twice, she was very rough taking off the gel And what seemed like lacquer. I had been there 2 1/2 weeks earlier and liked the service but she started cutting my nails short and when I Asked her she said they're bumpy and needed to start over growing fresh!! I told her again that's not what I wanted but it was too late. She put all new tips on my nails and charged me $25 more than what I paid the prior time there. I think salons sometimes cut your nails and put on tips because they make more money on that. If you are going to upcharge me from $55 to $78 check with me on the new price before you start my nails getting an agreement on price snd service. The finished product looked nice but I don't want the technician to do a service for $23 extra without clearing with me first. read more

It's been a few years actually since I've been here. Decided to give it a try again, glad I did! The salon was remodeled since the last time I was here. Very clean. I got a pedicure and it was excellent. The staff was really friendly. Massage chairs for the pedi was super nice. I made an appointment but I did see walk in's accommodated as well while I was there, it happened to be homecoming the day I went so a couple of those! I guess they are under new management recently. Changed to this salon in July 2024 and really like it. It's clean with a calming vibe and seems new. The massage chairs are better and newer than any other salon I've been to in past. Although I request Trina(she's excellent), the rest of the staff is very friendly. I like the tv screen options and subtle music as well. Highly recommend! read more

Do not recommend this salon, very chaotic when I was there, women running around talking/yelling in Vietnamese. I go to this salon on a regular basis and have for over a year. They are always nice and I'm always happy with my nails and pedicures. I get a rebase every 2.5-3 weeks and have never had a problem. I just read another review on here from a month ago and the gal gave them one star. What she described is not what I experience as a regular, nor have I ever. Not what I expected from a 4.7 star salon. Two of my nails are lopsided and two nails have circular indents. There's a couple of patches that you can still see the matte powder. Overall just a messy job. I was the only one in there so they weren't rushed l. This is especially disheartening because they prices were great, the salon was clean, and the staff was friendly. But I don't think I'll be back due to the quality. Update: after an afternoon of these nails my powder has already cracked. read more

A lot of people recommended "Coal Mine Nails" on Nextdoor and I was looking for a place to go get my Christmas nails so I decided to go there. I called ahead to set an appointment and they had an opening at the time I wanted so that was good. The acrylics were good and the base color but once the design started I was like uh oh. The first few times she tried the lines they were extremely crooked and then she decided to move to the next hand and then did the design on the ring instead of the middle finger. So she ended up taking the design off of both nails and had a girl named Chelsea do the design and she did phenomenal. I wish I could tip her more because first try she made them identical to the photo and kept asking if it was okay!! Overall this place is very very good, they had Christmas music on and lots of decorations. The place was very cozy. I was very disappointed with the designs at first, but once she realized and then solved the problem, It made it better and showed how much they care. I understand that everyone has their own talents and so the fact that she realized and then solved the problem by having another person try the line work and watch to learn, it showed good character traits. Had a mani pedi here with a friend that we had booked an appointment for. During the appointment a few walk-ins arrived in which one of our ladies left and took care of. So we had now one person for two peoples nails. We left after one persons were done as we wanted to get them done together not one at a time and sit around and wait. Will not be back after this poor experience. Please take care of your current customers rather than being greedy. read more

After a lot of research, I chose this place due to the favorable reviews. One of the reviews stated that the tools are sanitized after each use, and this has been difficult to find. This was one of the things that was paramount in my decision. I called ahead of time to see if they could accommodate both a mani and a pedi. They said they could, so I was there within ten minutes. They did take me right away, but here's the rub - they put me in the pedi chair and then proceeded to do my manicure at the same time. It was a gel mani, so of course not super comfortable or relaxing to keep twisting my body to have the opposite hand worked on. She also did my hand massage (arm massage) while my nails were wrapped in foil and soaking in acetone. In addition, the woman who was doing the manicure didn't let the old nails soak long enough, so she used an emery board to remove the majority of the prior gel- and in the process made the skin surrounding my nails red and raw. NONE of the tools she used appeared to come from the sterilizer (usually they are wrapped in a sealed package), and actually, the emery boards came out of a drawer full of obviously used boards. Other technicians were pulling out of the same drawer the whole time. A lot of the reviews said that the staff made an effort to get to know you and not make you feel rushed. The two staff that helped me didn't tell me their names, and made about three attempts to make conversation with me in English. The rest was between staff in Vietnamese. And the fact that they did the mani and the pedi at the same time - the whole relaxed process was not apparent at all. The results of the mani and pedi were ok. Nothing amazing - I actually still had some rough spots on my feet and I had to apply oil to my nails because there was no lotion or oil applied to my hands at all. I seriously don't understand the rave reviews. I will continue on my quest to find a decent salon in which to get my nails done. read more

This place is awful! I went there today because a friend of mine told me they do the "dip manicure" and despite the bad reviews I decided to try it out. It was pretty obvious that the tech didn't know what she was doing and my nails turned out terrible. Not only did she keep burning me when she was trying to take off the dip that I already had on, but she seemed very nervous which may be why they turned out so bad. I wanted a French manicure and you can see the white tips are not straight they are sloppy and slanted. And you can see bubbles from the powder underneath the white. I have had many dip manicures and one of the best things about them is they don't use lights for drying at all! and for some reason they used a shellac top coat and put my hands under a light to finish them off. Horrible!!! The only reason I am giving one star is because the pedicure was not bad. Although the lotion they use smells so bad I had to come home and take a shower. I wish I could get a refund because I will have to get my nails fixed but now I know I will never come back!! read more

I am relatively new to the area and have been trying to find a go-to salon for regular pedicures. I have found my spot! Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is clean and relaxing. At other salons I've tried around Littleton I've felt like staff rushed or didn't pay attention to little details that make a pedicure worthwhile. Not here! My nails are destroyed and I'm writing this almost two months later. Asked for SNS they said they could do it but they definitely do not have the training. My nails have all these cracks and holes in them from where she filed them down to much my nails are paper thin STILL. And keep cracking and breaking and sometimes it feels like I don't have a nail at all the slightest bumps to my fingernails and it's painful. They are nice but don't know how to SNS read more

Update: I do like this place. It was great when it opened, but went down a little. I went in for a regular pedicure & I was out in 30 min. I felt like it was breezed through pretty quickly. Still good, but the attention that the old staff used to give was better than now. Ahhhh-mazing! Found it driving by with my mom & we were both so impressed with them. Super clean salon, reasonable prices, very large selection of polishes, staff was superb. I hate to write this review because I want this place to remain my little gem, but I want to get the word out because they were phenomenal. It felt like we were truly at a spa & well worth the time. I have never written a bad review for anyplace ever however I feel as though I need to let others know how awful my experience was here . I want to start off by saying the one and only positive thing is that everyone was friendly . However I chose this place because my regular nail spot is about an hour drive away and I needed a place to get them done before I had to go to work . NEVER AGAIN will I make that mistake . I thought hey they may not be as good but they will be decent enough as I was almost positive I was getting engaged that weekend and sure enough I did however I didn't really want any pictures done with my nails in them that's how bad they were . From start the nails were not the shape I wanted. I said squoval any nail place should know what that is however I came out with the most jacked up oval nails . Not one of my nails we're the same shape as any other nail. I picked sparkly colors and they managed to dull the sparkle right out of the color. That night l went to work I am a bartender so nothing that strenuous on my nails and that night one nail was already coming off . By the following Monday almost all my nails were pulling up . I went there today to get a re-base. My cuticles were nicked several times. One of my fingers was cut with the fingernail file. Fingernail polish does not even go to the edges of my nail. Length of fingernails aren't even the same Length. Some nails on the ends are rough. They never filed underneath the nails to smooth them out. I will never go back again read more

Not impressed. Didn't have me put nails under dryer like usual, just in front of a small fan. She told me to wait 5 minutes and left. Waited 6-7 minutes and then tried to get credit card out of purse to pay - five nails were immediately totally ruined. Paid; then someone else redid those nails, took me to the usual nail dryer, and sprayed my nails with some quick drying spray. The first nail tech came back out and said, "You have to be careful!" Got a shellac manicure over the weekend. I was chatting with a friend during and it didn't occur to me until afterwards that I didn't receive the typical manicure treatment... no scrub, no lotion, no massage. That's bad enough but then my nails were chipped TWO DAYS later. With gel that shouldn't happen. Instead of writing a bad review, I decided to give them another shot and ask to have it fixed. They were more than happy to redo all of my nails (polish change, not manicure) for free and it seemed like she really took her time... well, here I am two days later with a chipped nail again. I'm pretty disappointed since I spent almost $70 for my mani and pedi (w/ tip). The techs are nice and I do believe the second lady did her best... (Maybe it's the product??? It's definitely a brand I'd never seen before and when she redid them it seemed to come off way too easily.) Aside from that, the guy who did my toes seemed like he kind of didn't know what he was doing (he was painting in all different directions) and the salon overall didn't seem that nice (crappy towels, older looking equipment, etc). I have had some great experiences here until the last few times. I kept going back hoping for the older experience again. I notice that they keep tacking on extra little charges that they are not clear about in the pricing guide. So, each time it's a more expensive than listed. In addition, some of the nail techs are somewhat passive-aggressive about being helpful. To top it all off, my nails look like I painted them (not good) and this was supposed to be a birthday present. I live less than five minutes away, so it's really too bad. Love it! Megan was great. I came in needing a rebase and one nail fixed. Another problem was the last place I went to did a terrible job. Very thick. Megan was great with fixing and making them look and feel more natural. It's clean and new. I would like to keep it hidden but it is too nice not to recommend. I will keep going.
