Dirty salon very poor sanitation protocols being followed the files were used multiple times as were the cuticle cutters without being cleaned between guest. No sanitation stations and they did not use a fresh file for me personally. I'd be concerned about cross contamination and fungus. Won't go back. read more

Always hesitant to try a new place, I went in on a Tuesday without an appointment. I did have to wait about 40 minutes to get my toes done but wasn't in a rush and if didn't bother me at all, Lena was my technician and was so sweet. My feet were silky smooth and felt/looked great. It was nice sitting and being able to tell a lot of the customers were repeaters and had somewhat established relationships with their techs (meaning they come back frequently). Then I got my eyebrows done, always terrified of that just because of past experiences- they did them well and left them nice and thick. Will be coming back for sure! read more

This place is horrible I asked for something like the first picture and that's what I got.disgusting I paid 70 dollars for these just so they can come out looking like dog shit?? She didn't care about my nails or anything just was throwing paint on them. Me and my mother-in-law asked for our money back they said no because I took the paint off my nails after filing them for an hour on each hand because they were so bad. They said they will not give our money back until we take the bad reviews off their sites and Facebook page until we do they will not give me back our money!!! This is my first time ever going to them I went yesterday and I can already tell if it was going to be a bad experience because she was having a hard time gluing my nails on she also put my nails on wrong and had to rip it off!! WASTE OF MONEY GOING HERE!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND horrible horrible I also would like to note that the photos on your Yelp page shows that you can do artwork and designs so I just think they didn't really give a shit about me and just wanted to hurry up and rush. read more

I have 2 small children and only a short window of time to gets my nails done. I was excited that they were able to do a last minute appointment in order to get me in And out before I needed to do pickup. I waited in the pedicure chair, my feet in cold water, for 20 minutes after my appointment start time. When I asked how much longer I was ignored and brushed off. I got up up and left in tears because that was my small window of time to take for myself. I will never go back here or recommend these rude people to anyone. Update: I called and made the 3:30 appointment at about 12:05pm on Friday. It's last minute in my world but I did not walk in. I would prefer you don't make make the appointment if you are too busy to reasonably accommodate the customer. My interpretation of rude is based on not being transparent with my wait upfront and not giving solid answers on how much longer the wait would be. I would recommend that you offer water or at the very least acknowledge and apologize about the delay. Maybe have someone ask if there was anything they could to do make the wait better. read more

Extreme Nails was absolutely packed when I went in - they communicated my wait time well with me, which was even better because I was late for my own appointment. The staff is friendly and the owner is highly responsive on Yelp. I sat with Kevin to do a dip powder set with a design - there are quite a bit of colors to choose from, and Kevin was willing to do the design I brought in. He was also helping the technician and the woman sitting next to me with her design too. The dip powder looked nice, the design was nice, but the cuticle trim was just average. Maybe I should have asked for something else but it was not what I expected. Less than a week, 4 of my dip powder nails had popped off. I didn't go back in because I was having them done for vacation and had already left at that point, but even when I removed the remaining 6, they were pretty easy. Overall, decent service, just wish it would have lasted longer because the design was well done. read more

I had come here for the first time off a recommendation of word of mouth. I rarely get my nails done, so this was supposed to be a treat. My line of work is very rough on my hands so I thought I'd try the nail dip. I asked for a manicure with a nail dip. The technician went straight to dipping my nails - didn't ask if I wanted them cut down. I never received the manicure part. My cuticles were never touched. The technician also went out of her way to say my nail was crooked three times while stopping to point it out to the technician next to her. Wanted a Dip Powder Manicure, (supposed to last three weeks) and they are one of the few places in Littleton offering it. Michael, one of the owners, put the layers on so thin, one of my nails actually cracked after only a week, and I had to go have it repaired. He complained that the person who put it on before did it too thick, but really? I'm kind of wondering if he was just lazy. THEN, when I went back to have it fixed, the gentleman tried to pry it off versus soaking it off the way it's supposed to be done! I kept telling him it hurt, and finally just yanked my hand away; he finally soaked it, but I'm afraid my whole nail is ruined (and he didn't even match the color correctly). Never again! read more

Fantastic experience here today! Taylor gave me a wonderful pedicure with great attention to detail. She actually asked me my preferences instead of just going through the motions. Then, Kevin did my SNS manicure just as I asked! I am obsessed, my nails never look this good . He made sure everything was to my liking rather than making me feel bad to ask for more filing, shaping, etc. The entire salon was lively and friendly and they really make you feel important and valued. Been coming to this salon when I get my nails done. Which is not often. Normally they do a great job. Tonight, was bad, horrible, a tragedy. My daughter in law was experiencing her first time here and her nails were butchered. The lady that did her nails was horrible. In a hurry, said that she would be able to do the design and clearly was not able to. It was snowing and I understand they all wanted to leave early, but at the expense of the customer was wrong. I will definitely take my business else where going forward. So very disappointing. My daughter in law walked out to the car in tears. Edit. Called the salon to request a refund, when speaking with Rachel the manager, she said that we needed to come back so that they could see the nails, I told her that the pictures on the reviews should be enough to see the error. I was told that the picture does not show anything and that they do not believe there was an error with the nails. I again pushed for a refund, she said that they would only allow us to come in and they would fix the nails and redo the design. I refused to have them fix their error. They already screwed up once. I am not allowing them to screw up a 2nd time. Finally after arguing with her for a half an hour about the nails I was told by Rachel that I would be getting a refund but that I needed to take down all my bad reviews first. I told her that once I saw the refund I would take down the reviews. Rachel said that she would call to confirm the refund. I have not heard back and no refund has been issued. read more
