I originally booked online and received a confirmation email for Tuesday the 25th from 8-12. After that, a very nice lady called me and explained that the time would actually be 12-5 instead and that someone would call me again to confirm when they would be coming. Okay, no problem. Then after that phone call, I received ANOTHER email saying my appointment was all set for Wednesday, August 26th?? At that point I genuinely had no idea what day or time my cleaning was supposed to be. I tried calling Molly Maid of Long Beach three times after they opened and couldn't get through to anyone. What confused me even more was receiving a message at 5:42 PM asking me to call back to confirm my booking, when their listed office hours are 8-5. By then, no one was available to take my call or respond through Yelp because it was already past their office hours. Their AI chat is actually pretty cool and responsive, but unfortunately that was pretty much the only consistent communication I had with the company. For a house cleaning service where you're scheduling people to come into your home, I personally need clearer communication with an actual person, especially when the appointment date and time keep changing. Molly Maid of Long Beach seems to have plenty of good reviews, and I honestly would have loved to try their cleaning service. I can't speak on the quality of their actual cleaning because we never got that far. My experience is strictly with the booking and customer service process. Please work on the follow-ups and confirmation emails you guys send. Going from Tuesday 8-12, to Tuesday 12-5, and then somehow to Wednesday, while not being able to reach anyone, was just too confusing for me to feel comfortable moving forward.

One of the bathrooms was regularly used by an elderly relative, and since they passed away I've tried cleaning it on my own and just given up in frustration. It's a sunken tile tub that had a few years of soap scum and hard water crud layered on. Abby and Fred worked diligently on it with serious tools, cleaners, elbow grease and patience on one of the hottest days of the year. It looks wonderful now. They made both bathrooms sparkle like new, and I am most appreciative. Abby is calm, professional, hard working and kind. Nora provided a quote for me after I put a request for cleaning services for my mothers 3-bedroom condo. I was very honest about the services that were needed and waited for quotes to roll in. After several quotes "Galindo Cleaning Services" owner Nora replied and said that she would do the cleaning for $225. I provided my mom with the text message and explained to contact Nora. My mother contacted her and further details were discussed. Details of if the laundry room was included in the house or another location and my mom explained to her that it was a little room. Mind you in my project request I was honest in saying that the home was quite dirty and that it had not been cleaned in some time. When her and my mom spoke the first time, my mom asked why was it that she (Nora) only had 1 review. Nora made this bogus reason up of that she's new to Yelp and blah blah but in reality SHE'S A CON-ARTIST AND A LIAR! Her and my mother mad an agreement for her to come clean the house on Friday 5/30 at 2:00pm. At 2:40pm Nora called and was saying something about her forgetting her key at her previous client's house and blah blah blah. She finished by saying that due to her not being able to come that she would give 20% off the price. Mind you my mother zelle'd this woman a $100 deposit upon her request and she confirmed that she received the money. The project was rescheduled for yesterday Thursday 6/5 at 7:30am. She and her crew of 2 women strolls in late at 8am. They and ACTUALLY DID A GREAT JOB! However come payment time, this woman Nora tried to con my mother out of $350 when the agreement was $225 and a $100 deposit already provided to Nora. She began lying saying that she spoke with me (the daughter) and asked about the square footage and a bunch of other lies. Me and this woman never spoke apart from a text message through Yelp. Nora only spoke with my mother and all communication and agreement for price was done with her. What Nora should have done was assess the condo and if the job was too much for $225 then re-quote my mother and they both could not have come to an agreement then she would have refunded the $100 deposit. But she did not. Instead she tried to tell lies and say that she told my mom the price was $350 and she spoke with me about the square footage and all types of BS.
