We had hired Fatima and her service on other occasions and were impressed with their work. We were planning to use them twice a month to clean our home, up until their last visit, which went wrong in many different ways. Some of the mistakes they made: they broke a plant, they plugged in an oil diffuser upside down which spilled oil all over the wood floor, they broke a clock, and for some reason they disassembled my shower head and didn't put it back together correctly. It now needs to be replaced. At first Fatima was gracious about all of this, and comped that day's cleaning service. But as I found more things that were broken, she started to get highly annoyed. I have included some of our text exchanges here so you can see the tone she took with me. I appreciated the comped visit, but the rude and unprofessional tone she took with me because HER employees broke a bunch of MY stuff is not acceptable. First ding they were 20 mins late. Secondly, I'm willing to help, but moving kitchen chairs out of the way so that someone cannot sweep around them is when I should have noticed it wasn't going well. I hired this company to clean my house when I moved out to get my deposit back. I left it open for them to clean since I was already moving in to the other place. I stopped by to check on the cleaning when they almost finished but I never told them I was stopping by. When I arrived I caught the cleaning people smoking weed and drinking beer instead of cleaning the house. They were billing me by the hour. I was extremely upset. They said they just needed to mop the floors. I asked them to leave and I called their main line. They kept switching people to talk to and no one could ever resolved my issue. Two days after we had a kids party we hired Eileen's house cleaning to come clean the house. They arrived 3 hours late, they rushed the job and they charged me $320 extra more on top of the $300 they had quoted me. I ended up paying $620 for a job they said was going to cost $300. Unbelievable Eileen said I was only going to pay a flat rate $250 in the end that was all a lie. I paid way more. Their staff are racist and rude to, they were talking bad about Asian people in Spanish while they were cleaning. Guess they didn't think I understood Spanish.
