I did lots of research and found Dr. David Beltran. To me, I felt he was the most qualified in dental implant surgery. I actually even liked the staff! Everyone in the office was professional and just plain nice to me. I was told my treatment would be 15 month- it was 25 (COVID put us back 2 months). Dr Mangiarelli repositioned a bracket on my front tooth and then that tooth lowered down (extruded) out of my gum making it longer than the one next to it. I asked her to please "intrude" that tooth back into gum so that it was same length as other front tooth next to it. She repositioned the bracket and then it went TOO FAR UP into gum and now it's SHORTER than the one next to it!! She wanted to shave down the adjacent tooth to even it out but there was NO WAY I was going to allow that to happen! I told her I was good with the treatment and that this needed to end! She had 25 months to show me what she could with my slightly imperfect smile- but failed in so many ways. I'm now out of braces and have two uneven front teeth.
