I was in and out in less than five minutes. The bad Takeaway is that it was a brand new chainsaw, and it was giving me more problems than any other equipment I've ever rented. I took the chainsaw back and they said that they said it was flooded with fuel. They blew all the fuel out. Fixed it up and gave it back to me. I went home and it continued to have the same issues. I eventually got it to work but boy oh boy, was it a hassle. The next day, I returned the chainsaw and he was very kind to void all charges of the rental. He didn't have to do that because I was still able to use it for what I needed. I would recommend this place because the customer service was spot on.

He hooked it up to my truck and secured everything. And I was on my way... The trailer worked great, it even lifts and dumps to make unloading easier. The value is good. I payed $75 for the half day rental on their 8x12ft dump trailer. I think that's a fair price for the quality of trailer, everything was in working order and taken care of. I'll be renting with alpha equipment again when the time comes that I need a trailer. They are professional and accommodating.

The pool area is on the smaller side, but the loungers were nice and comfortable and there were plenty of umbrellas, which made it easy to find shade during the day. As an avid camping family with four kids, we were surprised that the clubhouse was completely empty. No games, no books, no TVs, no activities, just an empty locker room. Part of the fun of RV resorts is having spaces where families can gather, especially during downtime, so that was a bit disappointing. We booked one of the Chairman sites, which includes a fire pit and BBQ. The setup itself is a great idea, but when we arrived, the site was covered with busted water balloons and other debris. We spent time cleaning it up ourselves, figuring it was just an oversight. Unfortunately, while cleaning, we also found broken glass around the BBQ area. Despite our efforts, one of our children ended up stepping on a piece of glass. We immediately let the front desk know and asked if someone could come clean the area properly. Unfortunately, no one ever came. We had originally planned to extend our stay, but after that experience, we decided not to. I don't write reviews lightly, and this one is honestly disappointing to leave because the resort has a lot of potential. With better attention to cleanliness, safety, and a little more effort put into creating a family friendly atmosphere, this place could be a fantastic destination. I genuinely hope they make those improvements because we'd love to give it another chance someday.
