The girls working the desk were very helpful and packaged my Mom's items quickly. Also, the staff never made us wait unnecessarily. The store is pretty neat and orderly. Boxes are clearly displayed in the back and there's quite a few gifts, cards, and items for those interested in shipping cool little memorabilia. I also found plenty of office items and possible decorations. PostalAnnex+ also has a small P.O. Box section, it's smaller than a UPS P.O Box station but it's still helpful and convenient. My only gripe for this place is that shipping a few small art items like crayons and a small toy (all in a super small box) cost over $30. It's kind of insane how much shipping costs now. Our box wasn't heavy lol. Oh well, the service requested was provided and I guess we had to bite the bullet on this one...

Regarding hostility & mansplaining: A young guy was making a loud public scene, and the whole team of women working there handled it so professionally and respectfully, I could not have been more impressed. For over a week, I received repeated delivery confirmations. I was told multiple delivery attempts were made, which was inaccurate, as people were present at the residence at all times. I was also informed the package would be held at an official FedEx location for pickup, which never occurred. On December 24th, I personally received confirmation calls and messages guaranteeing delivery that day. Without any notice or explanation, the shipment was instead redirected to a sorting facility in another location. As a direct result, my child did not receive his Christmas gift. This is not a minor delay but a failure of communication, accountability, and service standards. I contacted customer support numerous times and received conflicting information and unfulfilled promises. I even requested to retrieve the package myself, which was denied. He announced to those in line "this line is for Amazon returns; if you are making a Staples purchase (he pointed to nearby cashier) that is the line you want to be in. If I were a Manager, Gil would certainly receive recognition with a bonus. There was another employee who was just as efficient with pulling over empty cardboard cartons to put the returns in. They worked both as a great team-like you would expect your empoyees to work. Quick and friendly were their actions. Gil was at the cashier desk when we walked out minutes later, as the Staples purchase line now became long. Need to hire more emplyees.

PDQ Movers and Deliveries were outstanding. Travis, Devin, and his team were the hardest working…read moreguys. They were very respectful and carefully handled every item of the move. Everyone was especially polite and friendly, too. We had sold a house and took a lot of time researching moving companies, for the move from the IE to OC. We spoke with Travis who quoted us and explained the moving process. He was professional and good to speak with. The time he estimated (8 hours) and the cost to complete the move all proved to be 100% accurate. Devin and his team (two younger guys) arrived right on time, the day of the move. They worked so hard. All of us were extremely impressed by how hard working and dedicated the three of them were. I never saw them do anything but work. When they needed to use the restroom, for example, they were incredibly polite about it as well. They moved an entire house full of furniture without a single ding or scratch anywhere. When the refrigerator/washer-dryer wouldn't fit through our back door, they unscrewed the door off, and were able to carefully get it through. They then put everything back together with no issues. For the final part of the move, they had organized the truck so that the first half could go into a storage unit. We knew they were trustworthy and let them handle that on their own. They got everything to fit into storage in a clean and well ordered manner. I could not have ever done it better than they had. They finished the move by taking the final items to our home. We have three flights of narrow stairs (townhouse) and they were able to get everything upstairs without issue. Some of the items were extremely heavy and could of easily broken or hit the walls etc. They were really careful with everything and even put the stuff together once they were done (bed frames, mattresses, etc.). They did all of this work on the day before Thanksgiving, too. It had been raining heavy all day as well. They covered everything and nothing got wet either. To note, we supplied our own boxes (we didn't expect them to provide boxes for us, since I saw how one other reviewer here dinged them for that, which is unfair considering how expensive boxes are). We also had emptied out all of the drawers, cabinets, and shelves ahead of time, into boxes that were taped and ready to go. We didn't want to waste their time or our time with that stuff, so that they could focus on getting the heavy items/boxes into the truck - to save my spine the pain. All in all, it was a great experience working with them. I highly recommend them. They're honest, hardworking, and professional.

Told me the story about the bad people that have used the boxes and how they got destroyed and that you didn't provide them anymore. So I went and priced them myself. That's how I found out how much they cost.
