They were personable, tried to make sure we all had a great time learning. I appreciated that they were detailed, used accurate (scientific) terms that we used in the field, and did not just try to give us the certification without making sure we understood the material. Because I came during the pandemic, we were not able to eat or drink inside the building, and nothing was open. Considering that it was a full-day class, we were not able to eat or drink anywhere else but the street (the sidewalk), and that was a bit ridiculous. That wasn't anyone's fault but just make sure you don't bring anything to eat or drink that you can't easily put away (Starbucks cups are a no-go, learned it the hard way).
