Took about three weeks (and one reminder) before getting quote. Their cost was almost three times higher than other quotes and timeframe was half a day more. Were to send plans and details on different options but only got a generic quote and contract, most of which wasn't even relevant to our small job. They discussed probability of new work not matching the old but we felt it was a non-issue since #1 we had original bag of grout, #2 same batch of tile, and #3 remodel was new. Even if there was variation, it would not be glaring since all work was on just the tub. We were insulted they wrote a deniability clause into the contract. To us, this meant they were more concerned about liability than in trying to match the existing work. I could see having this clause if they were matching 20 year old tile, but that wasn't the case. We had all the materials. They wrote another clause that we were not only responsible for additional materials, but also time and fuel for purchasing. So if their man dropped and broke all our tiles, we would have to pay for new ones, not them. There were other concerns and we ended up going with a different company. One that was more than willing to tailor their terms to fit our particular needs.

ODC Enterprises completed an exceptional and timely job on my home. In early June, I noted my…read moreattack roof vent fan was not working. I submitted multiple online estimate requests. ODC replied same day. I also wanted to get my chimney cap replaced or refurbished. After three estimates from local Hampton Roads general contractors, ODC was the cheapest. ODC also included a "Roof Tune-Up" where the entire roof was inspected, replaced pipe donuts, clean-up of roof vents and pipes (sanded and painted), nail pop-ups repaired, repairs to flashing, and replaced missing or damaged shingles. Upon completion, I was provided with before and after pictures. The owner, Terry, came out to my property to complete the initial inspection and estimate. And he returned upon completion to inspect all work. ODC worked with my timeline and was respectful of my property. Thank you ODC for a job well done. First problem was when they had a drawer front come in damaged. NO big deal, we waited over a month for it and they said that the cabinets came with a paint touch up kit. Well finally the drawer front came in. They dropped it off and said my husband could install it. What??? I called back and said no way...they needed to come out and install and adjust many areas. Also, they damaged the sink cabinet that they needed to fix. They also damaged top of cabinet for island but we ordered panels so that covered it up. I was okay with that. However, when they sent the guys to do the drawer front they had 3 guys spend all day...I mean all day fixing and adjusting all the cabinets. They also put a piece of molding over the damage on my sink cabinet and said it was wrong color of white but when it came in they would replace. We said okay. That was in May and now in September, I have to keep calling them and all they say, is sorry it hasn't arrived yet. They also wouldn't deliver the pull handle for the drawer and said they had to order it...why didn't they order enough? This made no sense...so I sent my husband to the store and got our pull and he installed it ourselves. When I asked about my paint touch up kit...the owner said we don't get that...Now they are trying to get out of that too. I asked, how did I know about it if you didn't tell me. Finally they did give me a touch up paint kit. I love my cabinets but the company after I paid them, have been terrible. All I want now is my molding replaced with the proper color white. I have a feeling they do not like to follow up after you pay them. Beware!! Do not give them last payment if they need to fix things. I waited before writing this review, thinking they would make it right but so far no luck. They have never contacted me to keep me apprised of the order. I doubt they have anything on order. I will be talking to the better business now and they can replace the cabinet they damaged since they can't get it fixed properly. Terrible and I thought they were nice and reputable ... They should not treat a customer like this. All I want is the molding they attached to the top of my cabinet to hide their mistake (damage upon installation) to match. That's it and I will be happy.....Hope they fix this.
