First, they have a pull-off area with solution and long-handle brushes so you can scrub the bugs off the front of your car before you get in line. Second, the guys at the entrance stopped the line and scrubbed all the hard-to-reach areas on my car that automatic car washes usually miss (under spoiler, around license plate, base of windshield, front bumper, fog lights). They practically washed my car before I got in the wash. The wash itself was very thorough and didn't seem to hurt my car at all. My car hasn't been so clean in a long while. I didn't try the vacuums because my car didn't need it, but they look to be in good repair and functional. Pricing is reasonable. My only complaint is that it is far far away from my house. That said, I will definitely go back when I am in the area again.

While I still find $9 for a basic wash and vacuum acceptable, I do not find the quality of their vacuum cleaners worth the price increase. They give you free popcorn and sometimes other freebies. That's cool, but I'd rather them spend extra money repairing the vacuum cleaners since the most important reason for me coming was a clean car. They took about 3 1/2 hours to completely detail the interior and exterior. They did a good job on the interior with removing all the dog hair and wiping everything down. A few spots were missed. The exterior was clean and sprayed with wax protecting coat. I'm not a fan of that because your able to see the excess residue. For my car the cleaning took about 2 hours. I dropped my car off close to closing time. Not sure if the crew is tired or different people. I had spots and my interior wasn't as well cleaned as i would of hoped for. Overall I would recommend Mr. Klean to those who need their car detailed. The shop has a seating area if you want to wait. And your able to see everything they do as well. The gate lifts then a person by the car wash will instruct you to put car in neutral by pointing to signs and guide you into the car wash. The car wash sprays foam and water and has rotating brushes. The Automated Selection and Money Machines are 'Blocked' from the Entrance View and the small and faded 'Car Wash Entrance' Sign simply didn't catch our eyes fast enough. Once we were told 'We were doing it wrong' we figured out how to get in line, However, we got stuck behind an Unlimited Membership Driver who couldn't get her sticker to work. Once we got that done we realized that no one was there to answer questions on the Unlimited Membership Choices so we paid for the $17 Single Car Wash and found ourselves with 4 other Cars waiting in line to start. The Car Wash was acceptable, the drying phase was inadequate, and we had wasted so much time that we decided to forego the vac and interior cleaning to get on with our day.
