While I still find $9 for a basic wash and vacuum acceptable, I do not find the quality of their vacuum cleaners worth the price increase. They give you free popcorn and sometimes other freebies. That's cool, but I'd rather them spend extra money repairing the vacuum cleaners since the most important reason for me coming was a clean car. I do not find $9 acceptable if I cannot vacuum the inside of my car. When I call to let someone know, no one answers.

Let me back up a bit when you first pull into the lot they have a station to get the bugs off of your grill, windshield and hood. They also have a monthly unlimited car wash special (I forgot the pricing) if you sing up for their texts you will get texts concerning different deals for that day or week. Yes It is a drive thru, but in this area from I-10 down to US 90 it is the best thing smoking to get your vehicle washed. They also have vacuums on site and a run through machine for your carpets. The staff is great as well, I use this place frequently as should you.

They took care of every last one at no additional charge. Beyond the great wash itself, the customer service really stood out. Everyone was genuinely friendly, professional, and welcoming. They worked quickly without rushing the job, and the attention to detail was obvious. My Subaru looked fantastic when they were finished. She came back and said he's driving a car through the wash and he'll be in soon. He (Ernest) waited until I went outside to speak with the guy who was spraying some solution on a towel and smearing my car more than it was. I asked for a refund and she said that she don't know how to do a refund. Really your In customer service/cashier and wasn't trained to complete a refund nor appease a dissatisfied customer. Anyways! They call for Gabriel and he stated that it can be re-washed on a different day. Like who has time to keep running back and forward for a service that was paid for but wasn't completed proper. This business is sorry and will not go further than where it is because of their customer service and money hungry ways. The staff seems to young and inexperienced on how a detail business should be operated. I explained to him that I had checked my air pressure and the next morning it was flat. He said they were not busy and should be able to get it right in. I called twice during the day to check on the status and was told that they had to get big ticket items in first. At 5:30 PM they called and said it was ready and that it was just the valve stem leaking. They did not charge me, but I was very aggravated that they took other vehicles first because they were big ticket items. My truck could have been fixed in 30 minutes or less had they taken it in like they told me earlier.

It did a pretty good job of washing my car, but I do wish it would have gotten the hood and roof a bit better. The car wash had blow dryers as you leave and overall it was worth it.
