The owner of Santa's Chimney Services, Robert Gagne of Burnaby BC, has a history of repeatedly confronting and filming dog owners over leash bylaw disputes, then posting them on TikTok. His behavior is intimidating and unnecessarily escalates conflicts rather than resolving them through the proper authorities. There have been multiple witnesses seeing him KICK a dog and threaten to continue doing so. He displays a pattern of behaviour in the people he chooses to target, which should raise concerns for you on the services you decide to hire.
