I have been seeing Jennifer for over 3 years now, and I can confidently say that she is the most professional and pleasant person I have had the pleasure of working with. She knows well how to maintain the line of professionalism while still having excellent bedside manners. She is also reasonably flexible with scheduling. Jennifer has a way of tailoring my appointment to how I am feeling every time I come in. In my intake call with her, she asked me why I was interested in doing colonics. I personally suffer from digestion issues, but her questions told me that she had this innate need to help those with GI issues (amongst other health issues) and not just someone who wanted a colonic as part of a fad. First timer here writing a review but not getting a colonic from Jennifer. I just want to say I've been going to Jennifer for a few years now. She's great. I always see the most benefits when doing a cleanse. I feel amazing every time. This last experience was especially eye opening after traveling for 2 weeks in Asia and not feeling so good after I got home. After surgery the antibiotics and anesthesia made me very bloated and swollen all over. The importance of having a healthy microbiome and flowing lymphatic system to fully heal is often forgotten. When nothing else was working, I went to Jennifer and had the best electric lymphatic treatment (10x what a lymphatic massage would do) and series of colonics. After the first one the bloating went down 50%. Then after my 6th lymph/colonic combo I healed very quickly from surgery. The owner of this business, Jennifer, canceled my appointment after I informed her that my daughter had tested positive for Covid. I texted her and asked if she still wanted me to come. Yet, despite my efforts to be considerate, she still had the nerve to charge me for it. I did not cancel the appointment, and I was never given the chance to reschedule. Because I want to be fair, I asked her if she would still be okay with me coming, understanding that I found out just before the appointment that my daughter had tested positive for Covid. This entire situation feels completely unfair and unprofessional. I should not be held responsible for a charge when the cancellation was on her end, especially considering the circumstances. I would appreciate a full refund for this charge, as it was not my fault. Edit : Jennifer, stop lying. I never said I was sick; I said my daughter tested positive for Covid and asked you what your decision was. You said you were going to cancel my appointment and charge me the full price--$125. I should have never told you about my daughter and just come like nothing happened. Now I've lost my money. read more

Jennifer was really great to work with. She guided me throughout the entire process and explained everything in detail of what to expect with my procedure. I felt very comfortable and safe throughout the entire appointment. Her office is beautiful, clean and very modern. She also explained the reason of my body that is having multiple fills as to compared to others was due to dehydration and examining the matter was flowing through the tubes. I was also very excited to see what was going to come out at the same time. After my appointment, I felt very relaxed, comfortable and I pretty much went home for lunch and had the best nap that I've had in a while. As noted, it is best to do these colonics in series of three in order to flow throughout the entire colon and clear out as much as possible while all the fluids are inside your body.
