Hi, I recently became a client, and I love Kristin. She's very knowledgeable in her field, kind, and sweet. I suffer from fibromyalgia,chronic pain and fatigue among other things. I have IBS due to this illness. In the past colonics worked well with getting my tummy under control, it's something that I basically have to do to get better. I would recommend her to anyone! So, I bought the Groupon for this and am so glad that I did. I had already been thinking about the benefits of hydrotherapy, and when the Groupon popped up, it seemed like the universe was saying "GO CLEAN YOUR COLON OUT!" so I made my appt. Kristen is a busy girl and is booked out about 2 weeks in advance typically, so get on her calendar ASAP! You need to do this. I was not nervous, I was kind of excited, weird, right? I'm not shy so I don't really care about this kind of thing, I don't get embarassed easily. The whole experience was much less awkward than I'd imagined it to be, and much less gross than I counted on it being. Kristen was very educational on the benefits of hydrotherapy, explained the process in easy to understand terminology...not to medical and above my level of understanding, not too casual and creepy as this could easily be with the wrong person. I had no idea what to expect from the actual experience, so I came prepared with my iPad and headphones, as I expected it to be somewhat relaxing and I could get caught up on some shows I've downloaded. But, to my pleasant surprise, Kristen was interesting and enjoyable to talk to, and while she controlled the machine and did her business, she chatted with me, which actually made it less awkward, oddly enough. I mean, I'm laying there with a water tube in my butt, so, I've been in less awkward situations, ya know? But it was totally fine.
