They were very nice and professional on the phone and was able to get on the schedule. Unfortunately, my schedule date came and went without someone coming by or giving me a call to inform. I figured it could be a mistake and tried again. They were very apologetic and promised they'd put it on their personal watch list to make sure it happens this time around. The gentleman came at the appt time and was very pleasant to deal with. I had some follow up questions about my split unit and he put my mind at ease fairly quickly.
