Quick Reliable Knowledgeable Responsive I needed a quick fix on a Saturday and Bryan juggled some appointments and did a repair. He could not have been more helpful, explaining each step and taking pictures along the way. I am not sure I got a rock bottom price, but I could not have been more pleased with his work. A few days later, my father-in-laws house froze up and you know who I called. This time Chris came out, texted me when he would be there and carried all the parts he needed on the truck. WOW!! Theses Guys are GREAT!! I called because my Air wasn't blowing cold... left a message-Bryan called back in less than 15 min!! He was able to come by our Orange Park home and take a look at our HVAC. He arrived just after 8pm; and was done replacing the capacitor outside. Called Noble to get a second opinion after one of the big companies in town told me that I needed a whole new system. Chris came out and diagnosed the issue and it turned out that only the blower needed replacing and that it was still under warranty! He replaced the blower and thoroughly explained everything that he did as well as showed me before and after numbers. I randomly called a few numbers and one company answered at 10:00pm in the eve of Thanksgiving. This company was Noble AC/ Heating! The owner Brian and I started discussing the issue I had. They had appointments available asap including Thanksgiving. But because it wasn't an emergency. I see an appointment for the following week. Chris came out to our location on time and very knowledgeable on our AC system. After the line was cleared and system was operating normal. He explained the maintenance program they offered. Of course I went that route to prevent an expensive fix later. All in all this company was completely honest and transparent. Communication with Bryan was great. His replies on Yelp were fairly quick compared to other businesses. Other business would benefit if they were like Bryan. I sent pictures to Bryan and got a quote within 10 minutes or so. Other businesses wanted me to make an appointment and I understand that, but when you're getting responses from a few businesses that want an onsite view, then that takes time. Noble Heating and Air is great! I was looking on Yelp for some help with my heat pump which was leaking during the summer in Florida (can you imagine the urgency). I called many places but all were booked out until the next week. After adding my project to Yelp, Bryan reached out immediately and was able to set an appointment for the next day. Chris came out to my house first thing in the morning and he was fantastic! He thoroughly assessed several things and patiently answered all of my questions (I had many). The service was more affordable than any other company and he cleaned the drain ensuring nothing was in there using nitrogen. He checked the refrigerant which was low and filled that to adequate amount and tested my temperature coming from the vents before and after to make sure everything was working.
