I can't say enough about Complete Air Systems. In this day and age it is truly hard to find companies that are honest, hard working, show up when they are supposed to, have the experience they claim to, finish the job, etc...etc... Complete Air has been there for my family and my business when we have needed them, every time. There have been many. Once a hurricane took out a pricy electrical board in our unit, they were able to find out the part was under warranty- this was almost 9 years ago when we first started working with Complete Air, they have installed new duct work for us due to mold that was all thru the unit and the duct work, did I mention this was also after having it all cleaned by another company? Don and team were able to identify what was causing the mold issue and stop it! Do you think the company that claimed to clean my duct work even tried to identify where the issue was coming from that was causing the mold? It cost about 1/3 the price to clean the ducts as it did for Don and team to replace. DUH. They have installed UV lighting, they have ordered custom filters for me, they have maintained my unit, they have cleaned by coil, and on and on. Each time they talk to me about what it is I want, what it will do, is it really what I am looking for? Will it really meet my expectations? In addition to working with me at my home, Don and his team have worked with me at many of my customer's homes with my small business. I would recommend them all day, every day. I have been with Complete Air for over 9 years now. I can't imagine trusting anyone else. When people ask me, I say if you want it done right, I tell them this is who I use, and I don't call anyone else. I need things done right the first time, I need to trust the people I work with.
