So I trimmed Toby myself, so that he wouldn't be too hot on the city. Amanda called to confirm, and I brought him in. Three hours later, when I picked him up, Toby could not stop smiling! He was wearing a pink and blue bow tie! Adorable! He kept smiling ALL DAY. Very happy doggie. They give the dogs two baths, so he was also super clean. Really great grooming salon. Not inexpensive, and they only take cash (or a check after three grooms), but Toby likes them. And he looks terrific.

Losing a beloved cat is devastating on its own, but the way the situation was handled by this animal hospital made an already unimaginable experience even more painful.My friend entrusted this animal hospital with the care of their beloved cat during an incredibly emotional and difficult time. Instead of being met with compassion, empathy, and professionalism, they left feeling dismissed, upset, and deeply hurt by the way the staff handled the situation. No family should have to experience the loss of a pet while also feeling unsupported by the very people who are supposed to provide comfort and care. The lack of sensitivity and professionalism during such a heartbreaking moment only added to their grief.I understand that veterinary medicine can be stressful and emotionally demanding, but kindness and compassion should never be overlooked. Pets are family, and their owners deserve to be treated with respect during one of the worst days of their lives. Based on what my friend experienced, I would encourage others to carefully consider where they choose to bring their pets. They always come home exhausted from the play time they get and are bathed before I pick them up. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly some of them are dog trainers. In all there is no other Kennel in the Hampton's I would take my guys to.

They are still doing a phenomenal job although it's only with Peaches and our newest addition, Reagan; our little Shih Tzu. We love working with the team, especially Adrien and Haley. They know exactly what our pups need and what I, as a very particular pup mom, want. Its sometimes hard to meet my schedule but Adrien has always been able to get us in or will call when she has a cancellation. I highly recommend Best Friends Grooming for your pups too!
