DO NOT GO TO ""Korset"", terrible experience. The staff is beyond rude when it comes to customer service. My friend went to the store today Sunday and had the worst time, the lady there was very rude and was persistent on pushing her out of the store when she was nothing but nice. She came in nearly an hour before close and never felt more attacked for wanting to buy something, she even had the store merchandise RIPPED from her hands after she barred her from trying anything on. Even after she was rushed out of the store, two more people came in so what was the big deal?? Who opens a store to harass buying customers?? Apparently the woman there is well known for being racist and her rude behavior with people in the past, but I couldn't find the store online so I'm leaving it here. We like this mall!!! The Dicks at this location is huge which is the entrance we went through- (I'm obsessed with it). They have all of the stores that I am familiar with and more! My niece had fun on the bungee trampoline park located in the center of the mall.... We did a lot of shopping from footlocker to H&M. Sorry to see Sears closed down but they have a lot of other stores. Check them out. read more

I had the pleasure of visiting Coastal Grand Mall on a recent trip to Myrtle Beach & I enjoyed myself while there. When you first walk in by the food court, there is a Cinemark Theater to your left & the food court is right in front of it. There is also a Selfie center where small areas are set up as "content areas" so you can take some dope photos if you like. We decided to check out the new SpiderMan movie after shopping so we bought tickets & walked the mall to kill time. Pretty run of the mill stores like JCPenney, Belk, Bath & Body Works, Victoria Secret, H&M, Journeys etc are in existence here. There is a Sephora inside the JCPenney too. I will say that the food court did not have as many options as I would have liked. A Sbarros (pizza), Chick-fil A with limited menu items, wing spot & two Chinese/Japanese spots which are grossly overpriced for the bland food they offer. I would visit this mall again if I was in the area, but I would venture out & find more shopping as well, especially if you are searching for more high-end items. read more

This is a small, but cute mall. It has a lot of second-tier stores, like Books-a-Million, JC Penney and Sears, but also some more mainstream stores likes Dicks Sporting Goods and Bed, Bath & Beyond. We visited this mall on a girl's weekend because we wanted to visit a few of the stores and have a cup of coffee. The odd thing is that we couldn't find a Starbucks nearby. It offers the typical selection of stores--Express, Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works, Old Navy, Belk, etc. There's also a Starbucks. The mall is a decent size. The halls are wide and well lit. Large mall with lots of options, it is well maintained and draws the shoppers. The anchor stores include Belk, JC Penney, Dillard's, Dick's Sporting goods, and then there are the specialty stores large and small. The food court is the average part, with Chick-fil-A, China Express and more. But there are bigger stand alone restaurants around the mall that are better to enjoy. This includes Texas Roadhouse, Red Robin, Sticky Fingers, Abeuelo's and a few others. The big draw is probably the Cinemark Theater, and then there is still a book store here to buy books. I like mall but don't like strong sachet smells in Penney s. It s sickening. As u check out in home area and portrait very strong. I can t shop there anymore. I picked up twice PKG and had wear mask at counter. Fragrance smell is bad for body. Not good for liver either. Not enough air circulating in that store to carry these sachets. Dying...... As all malls seem to be dying, there are a lot of empty spaces. The highlight of the mall is the Music Center...

It's a pretty typical mall as far as the shopping opportunities go. The center court area has some activities available for those that want a VR experience or bungee jumping on a trampoline. A pretty limited offering for food as compared to other malls but the food court and restrooms were very clean and well kept. Lots of parking, easily accessible from several roads to enter and exit from and the surrounding area offers a whole lot of other shopping possibilities. read more

This T shaped mall features two high end department stores at either end and in the center of the T is the food court. This mall is scattered with Kiosks along the center of the aisles. There are multiple stores including Sears, Bed Bath & Beyond, jewelers and all the regular mall stores. On the north side of the food court is a movie theater with comfortable and convenient seating. The parking lot accommodates the Handicapped, however due to the fact that we have many tourists here, at times the spaces are full and cannot accommodate the need. There are other stores and restaurants around the mall including Moes, Cracker Barrel, Pet Smart, Abuelos, Sticky Fingers and Texas Roadhouse Grill (not related to the Texas Roadhouse). You can spend days here, as there is even a hotel and bank in the parking lot. It's a beautiful mall with all the stores to accommodate almost all needs and I'm a frequent shopper there. read more

Just a hint for tourists visiting, this our local shopping mall where we buy our stuff. It's not a tourist destination and it's not supposed to be. If you're looking for the tourist traps, those are up the road at Broadway, Barefoot, and Tanger. If you like your mall back home better, good - shop there. It won't bother us at all, really. If our kids or our neighbors bother you, go home! This is where we get our clothes and such. You're welcome to join us but don't expect we are going to care what you think - we left that caring at our minimum wage job at the hotel you're staying out. Nice mall...typical stores. Very friendly staff. Lot's of shoppers during 4th July weekend. We strolled the mall first then I went ahead and shopped two of my favorite stores on the way out. Just because!! ;-) Bath and Body and Dillards. Got my White Barn candles on sale at B&B!! yay me :-) and the NEW Angel parfum at Dillards! I still say it is worth a stop if you're in the area. We were visiting Myrtle Beach for the Thanksgiving holiday. We had come to the Mall to go to the movies. I did not like the movie so I left to take a walk in the mall. This is a well laid-out mall with good anchor stores - Dillard's, Dick's Sporting Goods, Belk, JC Penny and a Cinemark Theater with tons of stores in between, including a large Bed, Bath and Beyond. The original mall had charm, full stores and everything you could want. This is called the "Mall of South Carolina" it is a joke. Originally supposed to be a 2 story mall they could not support or fill the first floor. The rent is way overpriced 4 timeshare sales places should tell you something. 12 years old and it is seriously out of date. It hasn't been updated, looks like the carpet hasn't been cleaned since day one. Halloween they are setting up for Santa. I counted 3 large inline stores and 14 carts and kiosks empty. Majority of stores belong in a flea market not upscale mall. Even the timeshare sales are pulling out. Malls in general are a thing of the past. I can order better quality fro Amazon or EBay. I needed a car part Ebay was $289 shipped locally $840 would take 2 weeks Ebay same Brand was on my door in 2 days. This mall had a number of people but nothing but a Starbucks in the hand. My family visited this Mall while vacationing in Myrtle Beach. It was raining so we decided to do some shopping and surprising enough we found a few nice things there. The Dillard's had some cute dresses and a lot of end of summer items on sale. We also found a few things for the baby and she had a good time at a few of the attractions they had for the kids. I noticed two stores alongside one another, Jimmy Jazz and Finish Line. Talk about racist stores, both have nothing but black mannequins and all of the photos in the store and on display are all of black people. Talk about reverse racism. They need more directories here because we could not find the store we were looking for. Food court is pretty nice and I like that the movie theatre is connected to the mall. Also it was nice that the person cleaning the bathroom did a really good job because usually mall bathrooms are a mess. Parking here sucks and the way the roads bend makes no sense along with how the stop signs are arranged. How do people on the main road stop and then people merging on do not? Seriously?! I would honestly give this place 4 or 5 stars if someone in charge would take the time to fix some of the issues. read more

Wow not even sure where to begin with this myrtle beach treasure gem #aarghhhhhh The stores are very air conditioned which is good for a person who sweats like me. I was able to find the perfect gift for my lady in JC Penney and it was even better that they had huge sales. Like Huge Huge Huge sales. Unbelievable stores that they even let a Gator like myself snatch up all the deals ;). Always a nice place to stroll around or spend your paycheck. Foods not bad even though never eaten it. My nose tells me what I like and don't before my mouth does. Having a gator mouth doesn't allow me to enjoy the food sometimes since it eats everything at once but i wouldn't know here. (fun fact) will be back with my lady for a tour of the Spencers store (heard the adult section is quite adventurous) read more

Great place to escape the summer heat. While in the area I wanted to check out Coastal Grand Mall to see what they had to offer compared to back home. While it doesn't have the upscale high end shops that Somerset Collection in Michighan has or Tysons Galleria in Virginia or even my local mall Ross Park in Pittsburgh it is still a pretty decent mall. The anchor stores are Dillard's, J.C. Penny's, Beck and Sears. The Dillard's was pretty average and pretty small for the size of the mall. Where is a Macy's when you need one? The food court had some good options but nearby dining options also include Burger King, Chipotle, Cracker Barrel, Red Robin, Red Lobster and Texas Roadhouse Grill to name a few. Our daughter made out pretty well here. I did much better at the nearby Tanger Outlet. read more

This mall has a lot of national stores. Amazing places to shop. Specialty stores for all ages.

Compared to malls in large cities, there's nothing special about this place but, the fact that it's in South Carolina puts it a cut above the rest. I wish they would change up some of the stores but you can't please everyone. They have a pretty decent food court and some restaurants surrounding the place. The Movie theater is nice and pretty convenient too. I live in Charleston and wish we had a mall as nice as this one. read more

Every time I come to the beach my trip isn't complete until I come to the mall! There are several different stores that I frequent and I always leave with at least a bag or two. The only thing I would add to the mall are more eatery options...for this mall to be as large as it is, there food court doesn't have much to offer. Happy Shopping! read more
