On the phone Wasif was incredibly rude about me simply asking for someone to come and look at my space, as it clearly states on their website. My project is quite expensive- backlit marble or onyx. I know this isn't a cheap project. All I said was "I'd like to schedule someone to come and give me an estimate on a project with backlit marble or onyx." OMG. You'd have thought that I told him to go F himself or something!! Because that was the snotty, snide tone he took when he answered, "I'm the building manager! I can't just leave my business to come and give you an estimate!" He was incredibly rude, arrogant, and condescending. What a horrible, sad person he must be to speak to potential clients in such a way. I can't see him bringing in much business and was shocked to see he was client accounts manager. That job must require people skills, which he has none. Suffice it to say, after three minutes on the phone with this person, I will 1). Never use them and 2). Never recommend them to anyone. I worked dealing with the public for over 20 years and if I ever spoke to a client the way he spoke to me- for a simple phone enquiry- I would have been fired on the spot.

After about 10 minutes I found a slab I liked. The same day I chose the granite, Mustafa came out to make the template. He was extremely pleasant and precise. Three days later the installers came out to do the job. My kitchen is updated and lovely. The workers never stopped from 2pm until almost 5:30. I am more than pleased and would not hesitate to recommend or use them again. They do a great clean-up also and haul everything away.

But they totally over charge, and no one was really around to help us out. They quoted us over $3k including plumbing, removal, and installation. No thanks. Thanks to Yelp, we did a quick search and found the Natural Stone Kitchen & Bath. It's a small office located on 130 across from the Shop Rite in North Brunswick. We walked in, and Diego walked us through some options and pricing, and we settled on a lovely Quartz countertop. We decided to go with Quartz, as Granite requires yearly sealing and maintenance. We scheduled our template appointment, followed by our installation. It was a smooth process and we ended up paying about $1800 for everything. Good stuff. Everything was a smooth process and they did a great job! I would definitely return here again for a future project.
