Mark was the middle quote of the three quotes a got for a walkway and patio install. It took about six weeks for the material to come in to do my job. This no fault of his own. This simply the post pandemic reality with a lot of construction materials. The downside, I received no phone call in advance telling me that he and his crew were showing up to my house. I woke Saturday morning to my wife telling me that there were men in the backyard. I grabbed my pistol, looked out the window, and sure enough, two men were in the yard. I looked out to the road and saw a truck with coastal landscaping on the side so I put my firearm away and went out to see them. They got started right away, and I. Four days I had a beautiful patio in my back yard. It took another four days to do the walkway with granite steps. In addition, they had to coordinate the walkway with some precast steps I was having delivered and installed. I was worried the walkway they built wouldn't line up correctly with the steps when the other company came to install the steps. My worry was unfounded. The walkway lined up beautifully with the steps. Within a 1/16th of an inch. I was amazed.
