We have used them several times since we moved here earlier this year. Like everything else in the RGV, they move at a slower pace. After our first visit, they have recognized us and remembered us. I've noticed that they recognize most all their customers as well. Driver thru window is convenient. read more

I stopped in here to mail something and it was a complete disaster. Prices were crazy; which I'm not sure is their choice or if they are told what to charge based on the area. I would expect so much more from a business that when you walk in that it should look professional and be well staffed to assist you. Super disappointed with price and environment. I've been in there in the past and it wasn't nearly the disaster this visit was. read more

Coastal Mail has had ownership changes in the 5 1/2 years I have lived in Port Isabel. I supported Mike and Linda the first owners I met and then Karen and her family. They were courteous, friendly and efficient. The new owner has no customer loyalty or curtesy. I have tried repeatedly to support them. Their prices increased and the service decreased. Today I attempted to drop off a pre-paid UPS package. I was informed they were now charging $1.00 to drop off pre-paid items. I questioned the fee. The clerk threatened to drop my package. I told him while reaching for my wallet to pay the fee that I would no longer do business with them. I was tired of their rude behavior. He slowly lowered my package, all the while making eye contact and dropped it the last few feet to the pavement. I was in the drive thru and had to pull forward, get out of my car to retrieve my pkg. I knocked on the window , which he didn't open and told them I was reporting them to UPS. He opened the window with his phone pointed at me saying he was recording me. I hope he recorded me telling him I was reporting them to UPS . I have contacted UPS and am waiting for a reply. read more

We just signed up in the last couple of months, and have a box there as well. The service is good. The I/T or tax guy always is smiling, however the owner or other short gray haired guy not so much. But still service is pretty good. My husband and I DO think it's funny that they sell boxes that take up a good amount of real estate in their store that they got for free from their customers having parcels dropped off from Amazon and what not. Actually the prices on their boxes are kind of ridiculously and comically high, but other than that it's a good place to have around. read more

BEWARE OF FALSE INFORMATION! I went in to schedule notary services for a POA and a will. He (the…read moreowner) asked me the usual questions which is understandable considering a Power of Attorney is a serious document. AFter I explained the situation (and that it involved sale of a property and a possible lawsuit) he proceeded to ask questions about a lawsuit and that he needed to know this in order to decide if he was going to notarize the document. ONe has nothing to do with the other. He then informed me that the POA does NOT have to be filed with county but the will does. THIS IS FALSE. IN order for anyone to execute a POA IT HAS TO BE FILED WITH THE COUNTY CLERKS OFFICE. A WILL IS A PERSONAL DOCUMENT AND IS TO BE FILED AND EXECUTED UPON DEATH. RIDICULOUS. He grilled me about the source of the document which I downloaded via THE LIBRARY FROM LEGAL DEPOT. TOTAL MISINFORMATION ON LEGAL ISSUES. HE IS A DANGER TO THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL.

I had a good experience with CPR. Easy place to find in Harlingen with very good parking. I was…read morehelped right away. My Pixel 9 Pro Xl was about at half life and it had a shattered screen after a drop on concrete. The CPR technician gave me a reasonable quote and also suggested that I change out the battery. They had to order the parts so I took it back a few days later, after they called, and they repaired it in 90 minutes or less. So now I have a phone with a new battery and a new screen that functions as it did when I first purchased it.
