I believe they charge me $200 for that, so much for that flat rate. The flat rate was too much to begin with so that adds insult to injury. The person I talker to tried to use the water pump used to drain the old water heater as an expense. It's a battery operated pump the size of a shoe box that cost around $300. That person tried to act like it's some high dollar piece of equipment that's expensive to operate. What a joke! They got me on this one. Lesson learned.
