I have a monthly massage membership where I get a reduced price of some services and I can gift a month if I want. So I gifted my Mays services for my daughter to get a wedding facial and paid the extra fee in cash when setting up the upgrade in person so she wouldnt have to pay anything except give the tip I gave her to give. This was a gift. But instead she was charged full price which is more than what I pay as a member and the upgrade fee. In a few minutes into tanning, the machine keep shutting down half way off, because you scan your body with some device before you tan, so it cuts down your tanning by shutting down half the bulbs. A few minutes into it I got dressed and came to inform them that I needed a different bed because I didn't know how to use it. Instead of them offering another bed, giving me a discount, or asking me to come back tomorrow, they said they could not do anything about it. It was unprofessional and they were rude, so I canceled my credit card purchased and complained.
