All the suites weather it's tanning, massages every room is clean and inviting. Josh seems to always find a knot I didn't even know was there every time. So I gifted my Mays services for my daughter to get a wedding facial and paid the extra fee in cash when setting up the upgrade in person so she wouldnt have to pay anything except give the tip I gave her to give. This was a gift. But instead she was charged full price which is more than what I pay as a member and the upgrade fee. Instead of them offering another bed, giving me a discount, or asking me to come back tomorrow, they said they could not do anything about it.
