I have been a hobbyist of various martial arts for years. Since day 1, the environment at Rounders was a perfect fit. The people are friendly and helpful. The hours and the selection of martial arts classes are excellent. Every last coach knows their stuff, and they teach both kids and adults classes with professionalism and care. I am also always grateful that the black belts, pro fighters, and other experienced trainees are so helpful during class. Not only do you have knowledgable coaches, but your peers support you here too. I have seen multiple martial arts gyms over the years, especially in Orange County, and while all have nice things to say about them, Rounders just hits every single mark. It's a nice and spacious facility with a great setup, but the people are what make it stand out. My only complaint is that I wish I had started here sooner.

The coaches are amazing--super patient and always there to guide you every step of the way. What I love most about this journey is just showing up and putting in the work. The place looks and is fairly clean, it was crowded this evening on a Wednesday around 630pm but we did not have to wait for machines or benches. Free weight on the other hand were being boarded by multiple girls. Plenty of paper towel dispensers and spray bottles so some people are good at wiping down the equipment. Wished the staff was more attentive and present on the weight lifting floor to try rack the free weights and plates. Overall if you get one of their promotions it is not a bad gym.

I try to use Google Maps to see how busy it is before I go in. I have never once had any personality or customer service issues here & I have always found the staff at the front desk friendly. Any time I have ever raised an issue about bathroom attention or a damaged machine, management has always been very attentive and corrected the issues in a reason amount of time. I love the variety of equipment and the overall layout of the gym. If I had any issues to point out, they would definitely be the tripod users, the clumps of people who gather around machines & barely workout, the overhead music can be too loud at times and the guys who seem to live in the toilet stalls. However, it's one of the best workout facilities I have been fortunate enough to work out at and it's super convenient to go to, so the positives outweigh the negatives by a long shot! I contacted them first thing the next morning, but I was told they didn't have them. Since another class had come in right after mine, it appears someone may have taken them instead of turning them in to the front desk. While I understand the studio isn't necessarily responsible for another customer's actions, I was disappointed by the lack of a successful lost-and-found process for an item worth hundreds of dollars. If you attend classes here, be extremely careful with your belongings and double-check that you have everything before you leave.

Machines…read morementioned on my last review are still down, cleaning lady still walking in and out the mens locker room while members are either nude, showering or using the bathroom. They just posted on their Instagram page that starting March 1st no bags will be allowed in the gym floor in order to maintain a "safe and comfortable environment" meanwhile the rest of the gym issues are being ignored. That shows management's priorities are all messed up. After this month is over I will be cancelling my membership after 8 years of being a member sucks that management does not take their job serious.
