He's a really good person to ask questions because he always has an answer and is very friendly. He makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. I have been a hobbyist of various martial arts for years. Since day 1, the environment at Rounders was a perfect fit. The people are friendly and helpful. The hours and the selection of martial arts classes are excellent. Every last coach knows their stuff, and they teach both kids and adults classes with professionalism and care. I am also always grateful that the black belts, pro fighters, and other experienced trainees are so helpful during class. Not only do you have knowledgable coaches, but your peers support you here too. I have seen multiple martial arts gyms over the years, especially in Orange County, and while all have nice things to say about them, Rounders just hits every single mark. It's a nice and spacious facility with a great setup, but the people are what make it stand out. My only complaint is that I wish I had started here sooner.

Thank you Eric for answering ALL of my questions about membership and for being a welcoming presence while I nervously walked into a gym for the first time in years. What makes Ark Fit different is the people. The trainers don't just run a class, they bring the energy. They correct your form so you get better and stronger, and if something feels too hard, they'll modify it so you can keep moving. Every trainer has been warm, encouraging, and truly meets you where you're at. The members are all ages, and fitness levels, which makes the space feel welcoming and inclusive instead of intimidating. Plus everyone I've met has been kind and encouraging giving high 5's or a word of encouragement between workouts. This might sound like a paid ad lol it's not, Ark Fit sells itself. The coaches are amazing--super patient and always there to guide you every step of the way. What I love most about this journey is just showing up and putting in the work. I've learned that I'm stronger than I ever thought. If you're considering joining, go for it--it's a fantastic environment with an amazing community. I drive all the way out from Long Beach to come here for Marina's heated mat Pilates class! She's an amazing instructor who takes the time to help correct form for all her students & also does a great job demonstrating what movements & form were supposed to be doing. She also plays really good music for the class! I always leave this class feeling sooo good about the workout progression/level & also just drenched in sweat which is exactly what I want after an over indulgent weekend! The studio itself is also really clean, small, woman owned, & sooo cute! The studio provides you a mat so no need to bring your own. You should definitely bring a towel from home for sweat & grip socks are optional here! The plaza it's in is also really nice & recently built. My best tip is also to try & arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts so you can find parking as the lot is a little small!

That shows management's priorities are all messed up. The environment was very friendly and supportive. The class I took was a circuit-style strength training for arms. The place is modestly sized with just enough equipment. They were able to make do with their limitations by creating numerous exercises for us. I would just say on behalf of myself that since I am not very strong, it was hard to jump into some of the exercises. The class size made it very conducive for the coaches to give notes and tips on form. However, due to the size/equipment limitations + circuit-training format, I had a hard time doing the full workout.
