They offer both heated and non-heated classes in separate rooms, so there's something for everyone depending on your preference. I've taken classes with different instructors, and every single one has been knowledgeable, encouraging, and enjoyable. I've also brought friends with me on multiple occasions, and they've all had positive experiences as well! Overall, this studio consistently delivers a fantastic experience. They have a little coffee machine as well. 10/10 would recommend and can't wait to be back!

During the class, she communicated very detailed and was really helpful in demonstrating the different sets and techniques. After class, she went around to every person asking how the class was for them. I really appreciated how present and engaged she was with everyone! The studio was clean, cozy, and well equipped. It had a lot of reformers with towers and had all the tools needed for the workout. I did the a** and abs workout and it was great. It definitely pushed me and I just know i'm going to feel sore tomorrow! Extras- Parking is great! Right outside the studio. They are soooo welcoming as you come in! Secondly, the instructor came up to us and asked us about any modifications needed. I thought that was nice because believe it or not, not a lot of instructors take this initiative to go up to students. Sophia was really kind and helped us with our posture and form throughout the class. The machines were clean and easy to use. This was my first time using the tower and I enjoyed it! Her class flow was so good and I felt like I got a very balanced workout because we worked on everything. The beginner class is still challenging for me so it's gonna be a while before I move up a level haha. Music: it was kind of like EDM? I really liked it. And yes they have a bathroom! My instructor was Amy, and she was so friendly and did not make me feel uncomfortable for being a newbie. I also love that it is a class of 4 max. To my luck, there was only one other girl besides me. I had so much fun learning the Pilates techniques, and could feel lot of engagements on my core, as well as other body parts. I arrived early, and Amy also took the time to stretch with me beforehand, which was really nice. Overall, I really enjoyed the class! It was both relaxing and engaging at the same time. I will likely be back. One tip: the studio is inside "Dance of Academy".

She does not make you feel like pilates is an exclusive thing like if you don't know what a term is - then you'll be lost and they won't focus on you She's so awesome and her classes are always so fun! I wanted to gatekeep since there's only 4 reformers but I want them to get more customers too. They deserve it..especially Cara! Like there is literally no shame. If you've never done pilates or if you stopped and just came back - Cara is your friend. She will walk you through like an angel! Did I say there were only 4 reformers? The only downside I've noticed is that the Velcro on the bangles doesn't stay secured, so they tend to fall off during class. It does take a little time to figure out which instructors you prefer, but once you do, there's something for everyone. I personally enjoy a slower-paced, less dance-like class, and that's exactly what I appreciate about this studio, they offer a variety of styles, so you can always find what works for you. Parking can be a bit of a hassle depending on the time of day since it's all street parking in an industrial area, but overall it's well worth it.

I found Pilates but hopped from studio to studio never really landing anywhere and feeling like I was still missing something. I took my first class with Vy and was blown away by her instruction and knowledge. After following her around multiple studios, I was elated when she opened BFLP. She's an outstanding Pilates instructor who has made a huge impact on my fitness journey. Vy has an exceptional ability to explain complex movements in a way that's easy to understand and execute, which has been key in helping me refine my technique and grow my knowledge in basic body anatomy. Additionally, she takes the time to get to know my goals and challenges, and she tailors her classes to meet those needs with exceptional skill. The students that I have had the pleasure of getting to know are genuinely kind - not nice; just kind. There is one mirror in the whole studio which, personally, allows me to focus on how my body is feeling during class instead of how I look or how everyone else is looking.
