This women's-only fitness studio is located amongst some other studios at a place where there is ample parking. Everyone there was very nice and accommodating. The environment was very friendly and supportive. The class I took was a circuit-style strength training for arms. The place is modestly sized with just enough equipment. They were able to make do with their limitations by creating numerous exercises for us. I would just say on behalf of myself that since I am not very strong, it was hard to jump into some of the exercises. The class size made it very conducive for the coaches to give notes and tips on form. However, due to the size/equipment limitations + circuit-training format, I had a hard time doing the full workout. read more

Been here 2x now with Classpass to try the trampoline class. The trampoline class is amazing! Great instructor, small group, good energy and music. I have nothing bad to say. It is very difficult to find trampoline fitness classes in general, and I am glad that I found this one. There is easy, free parking in the lot. read more

I've been coming here for nearly 8 months now and truly have been loving the classes here! I love that it is an all women's gym and how supportive the environment is. The instructors are amazing and attentive to each student. Some of my favorite instructors are Dominique and Maya Coutts! Their energy keeps me coming and staying motivated! I am so happy to have found Lit and actually have her as my personal trainer. She is supportive, encouraging, knowledgeable and very motivating. She focuses on my form and corrects me to make sure I don't injure myself. She is very knowledgeable at what she does!! I always leave the studio feeling like I got a great workout. I highly recommend Lital's gym. The energy of the group training is great with Lital offering corrective technique and modifications throughout the class. I love Lital as a trainer and person! I have been taking personal training sessions with her for several months. My goal was to have less back pain and also hopefully get leaner. At first it was very hard for me to realize how out of shape I was. She was very patient but also pushed more with each session. The classes are not only challenging (which, in itself, is so different from anything I ever knew. I work out 6 times a week and the coaches continue to challenge me) but the atmosphere and the company are great. The coaches are so attentive and notice everyone at all times: this is seriously the best boot camp place I've been to. And the cherry on top? I never thought the formal gym/personal trainer work out style was a good fit for me. It felt too intimidating, too formal, too much pressure, and too expensive. I was also nervous to even try a workout class because I felt like I already needed to be in shape to start something like that. Finding Fit with Lit proved me wrong.
